I also have 2 copies of the cards you mentioned. I can't disenchant Altrius or Nethrandamus but I could disenchant the extra old murk eye. Also after disenchanting things manually the crafting button is animated but when I click on it there is nothing to disenchant.
I was a little skeptical about this deck at first but I'm actually really enjoying it. You can have some crazy turns with this deck pumping out a board full of 10/10 or bigger creatures. Definitely would recommend to anyone checking this list out.
That's good news, I ran into this too and was super confused. I thought perhaps it wasn't a bug because Silas rotated and wasn't under my control anymore.
This looks like fun but I'm curious if this is meant to be better / more consistent than the mecha thun version that relies on the 1 mana spell -> dollmaster dorian -> plot twist -> cataclysm combo. This causes mecha thun, kael'thas sunstrider to spawn allowing cataclysm to be cost for 0 winning the game. The combo that you have seems to rely on less cards which is a plus but I'm wondering if you've played the version that I mentioned and have any thoughts on how they compare.
Edit: I haven't posted on Hearthpwn before so sorry that the cards I mention to show a picture
