Hello Guys! I've played HS for a few years consistently from season 1 on until it became boring for me and I quit.
Since then I come back about once or twice a year and play some games. What I noticed is that my results don't really change even after not playing the game for over a year again now and therefore not knowing all of the cards.
I just unlocked arena on my new account. Please check my results of my first two arena runs below.
Btw I don't want to sound like a piece of shit. I am just wondering and kind of proud.
Didn't play HS for a year and gave my account away (15x Legend)
Just started a f2p account yesterday (NA) and got to 12 wins today
2 Loses at 11-0 against the same guy who won the first game because of me having a short disconnect in the mid game which resulted in missing lethal dmg and the rematch where he stomped me with a way better start
If you have problems to get to Rank 5 with a Legend deck list it is because you make a lots of missplays.
Practice because it is not the decks fault and you could easily become Legend with it when you play every turn right.
When I started playing Hearthstone (Season 1) I also had no Idea what is important and now I am doing well in the top 100 Legend EU while getting easy Legend every season with every class I like
Always think about
Following the strategy of your deck while being on curve as good as you can
The possible answers in your opponents Hand
Mulligan
Your spot in the game on every turn and how are you going do win the game that you are just playing even if you are behind
possibly some more but i am tired because it is 7:19 AM here and I have to sleep
I also think that Legend isn't that hard if you play a very strong deck like that can win you games just by drawing on curve like secret paladin, tempo mage etc.
but when you become Legend regulary play archetypes which are harder to play and compete with the other legends and try to go for top 100
"Seems like if your early game isn't perfect, you are done."
"Tell that to Warlock. Tell that to Mage. Even Huntards.."
Every aggro deck is done when the early game isn't perfect I never saw an aggro deck win that had to draw in the early game
"Drawing cards like Cogmaster on turn 4+ = no draw at all."
This deck curves out very well and you aren't out of cards at turn 4 and also there are a lots of weapons which are used 2 turns most times and do a lots of work

heres the next (third) run :D

Interesting. They match new Accounts like they have 1 loss more than they really have.
Thats true. I will see if I can keep up with my good winratio.
Thank you :)

Shuffle all minions on the board with Deathrattle into your opponents deck would be better because destroying deathrattle minions wont help

Btw: The most games end in T6
-8
Why should an aggro deck focus on drawing? That makes no sense bro
