I drafted 19 paladin deck this meta so far with a 6.63 average winrate. 90% of the time I draft and play on my mobile while commuting but I log the games later. This means no deck trackers or anything. So this could be better but I think this result is not that bad anyway.
Paladin is still awesome, but you need curve more than ever. So it's back to the very core of the class. Get a curve, get on the board. Oh, and draft those blessing of wisdoms. :)

I'm at 4-1 with my current deck, that can get to 7+ wins with some luck too. I really hated the silver sword (and the steed) meta, it was soooo boring and finally this is different, you have to *play* with paladins again, not just dropping the cards on the table. :)
the short answer of why this mode will never exist is blizzard really doesn't want players to get better at arena
at no expense. "free farming of expansion cards"
well, the overall average result of the games is the same no matter what happens... if your winrate is better, then other players lost those games, so blizzard really doesn't care about this.
Why do you want to use cards in your opponent's deck, your cards don't synergize with?
I know that it might be weird to you but someone just wants to have fun... With thief priest/rogue all the games are different and well, sometimes you even have to think about your next plays, its not like a paladin deck.
I keep hearing about this diversity, but all the game is doing is matching me up against Even Paladins. so weird. I'm at rank 8 right now and I stopped playing since it is simply not fun at all going against the same deck in every format (casual or not), even if I am winning all these boring matches. I'll have to play more I suppose!

you should try the brawl, I heard its amazing, you can play against paladins and... well, nope, dont try that either...
still think that they should reward you because you play their game, not because you win. Just give one point after you click "end turn" ten times, after 3 points, you get the same 10 gold. that's it. you can play whatever you want.
rng is always a factor but it's not an rng brawl.. it's never just rng. A solid strategy followed by solid game play will minimize the impact of the rng and should net your more wins than losses. I've fired up this brawl 8 times so far simply because it's entertaining, I am 6-2 so far, which is about right.
yeah, totally agree with you, tbh I think its one of the most balanced "random" brawls (altough it sounds weird). good players will always have good winrate in this one. the only problem is the length of the games, in the long term they really need to do something with these animations...

I drafted 44 decks so far in this expansion, one went 0-3. It happens. I had 2 12-0 runs though... :)

when you see a hunter at 10+ wins... then you know that you have to heal a lot and you have to do it quickly.
