Feels a bit overloaded for a 2-mana card. I like the idea of the Spell Damage alongside the rest of the text, but not all of it. If I can recommend, maybe change the Battlecry for the spell and the Deathrattle for the minion into "Battlecry and Deathrattle: Add a random 2-cost spell to your hand." Consistent with the more wild spell generators like Spellslinger, Deck of Wonders, and Cavern Dreamer, and thematically appropriate for an "experimental" egg. Also, maybe zoom in more on the art, put the egg more in focus, try and minimize the naga holding it.
There's way too much text here. It breaks the unofficial rule that no card in the game can have 5 or more lines of text.
On top of what Demon said, there are frankly too many effects here for a 2-mana Rare card. It cycles itself with the Battlecry adding a new minion to your hand, and the Deathrattle summons another 2-mana minion from the ether...unless you meant for the egg to summon the minion from the Battlecry, but that's not what it does written as-is. And I haven't even mentioned the Spell Damage :/ This is worth way more than 2 mana.
As you'll have to trim it down to four or less lines of text, I recommend cutting one or two effects from the card completely. Or up the cost.

A very flexible card. Can be used in tempo mage to fill up your hand in midgame, in elemental mage to get the elemental with specific cost you want, in big spell mage to get a big spell for next turn etc. Can be used to draw cards you want when you have a bad hand and/or unlucky draws in a game.
