    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Hearthstone and Innkeeper.     I switched my battle.net launcher to open hearthstone in the EU region and the missing neutral pages reappeared but as soon as I changed back to my NA account and resynced the collection, I was back down to 5 pages. 

    I also tried creating an entirely new account on Hearthpwn. Once I synced Innkeeper to the new Hearthpwn account, the new account was also limited to 5 pages of neutral cards. 

    What's most interesting to me is Hearthpwn does have the data stored for my collection in the database as the counter at the bottom of the page does show I own 1082/1097 Neutral cards. Based on this, it appears to be some sort of display bug on the site, not an issue with Innkeeper or Hearthstone. 

     i have the same problem when i synchronise with innkeeper, and managed to fix it by editing the collection and just modifying it a bit, like removing one goldshire footman (right click to remove card)

    don't forget to check  Collection Calculations to see dust needed on decks. the only problem now is that it doesn't count golden cards so those i have only golden now appear as i don't have them and cba to check them each manually every time i update

    this bug seems low priority or hard to fix :(

    After seeing this thread on reddit i thought knowing what card pack gives you the highest probability of new cards would be an interesting information to see on the collection page in user profiles.
