LOE leaves with it as well as TGT and BRM. The only things that will be left are Basic, Classic, Whispers of the Old Gods, Karahzan, Gadgetzan, and whatever they make next.
I think it's possible. I still think there is an issue with secrets being still too clunky and slow. If you don't use secrets as the sole focus of the deck, but rather as a way to make strong tempo plays, I think it can be successful. Now if mage gets a card similar to Cloaked Huntress or Mysterious Challenger, then secret mage will be broken! Regardless, I'll certainly try it out!
I honestly enjoy playing aggro decks. I think it is important to have viable decks that new(er) players can use and be competitive with. Just becuase someone is playing with an aggro deck doesn't mean they know how to use it. Aggro decks are great beginner decks for players to use to learn strategy in Hearthstone. By totally nerfing them and making Wallet Warrior and N'Zoth decks the only ways to be competitive, new players will lose interest early and the game will die out.
Players should be able to win games without having to have legendary minions.
Druid - Gain one attack (loses the armor) Mage - Increase cost by one Paladin - Summon a 0/1 Priest - Heal one health (instead of two) Rogue - 1/1 dagger (loses one durability) Shaman - Increase cost by one Warlock - Deal three damage, draw a card (increase damage by 1) Warrior - Gain one armor (instead of two)

So it would be like the following...
Druid - Gain one attack (loses the armor)
Mage - Increase cost by one
Paladin - Summon a 0/1
Priest - Heal one health (instead of two)
Rogue - 1/1 dagger (loses one durability)
Shaman - Increase cost by one
Warlock - Deal three damage, draw a card (increase damage by 1)
Warrior - Gain one armor (instead of two)

Same concept, just messes with your opponent.

Onyxia may need to be moved up, pretty good card to use in C'Thun Druid.
