posted a message on Shaman is going to rule next expansion!

I dont know what are you smoking CW bad right now but I blow away any type of shaman. Such a board dependant deck got blow away by shitload of warrior boardclear and still outvalur them with deadman hand. I play the control version with lots of legendaries, not fatique one. In the next expansion, shaman lose all of the deck best cards , also warrior gAin tank up back so I really doubt the mathup will be much improve for the shaman. Maybe Shaman do better vs lock because of Hex, but thats all

For a Odd control warrior, you can include the quest package, include quest, 2 stonehill, 1 direhorn and 2 of this guy. You only include 5 taunt but you can easily complete the quest most of the time. This leave you 24 slot left for 2-3 tech cards, at least 4 aoe and high value card for another win condition like Ysera, Elise and Zola.

He will be good, esp in control deck, as a neutral call to arms plus a 5 mana 5/5. This card not play in this meta because If you play control you only have lock and priest as a viable option and these two deck doesnt need him. But in a control warrior or paladin or shaman deck he is strong

posted a message on This odd and even deck idea is great and all, but...

Developer already said there are only a few cards support this even- odd stuff, and not all class have one. So you dont have to build the even- odd deck if you dont want..

Good, not in Priest, cool art though

Have you ever heard of combo priest?
Without divine spirit, ascendant, duskbreaker, dragonid op, spiteful summoner , I am curious how you play your combo priest

If baku work with jaina then odd mage will be great. But it doesnt, so it can not compensate for the lost of all great even cards mage has. No way team 5 can print enough odd replacement for  frost bolt, fireball, polymorph, blizzard, meotor in just 1 expansion

Require a board, which is pretty hard for an Odd priest without spiteful summoner

If you play Warlock noway you want to play this card. In the Control version, you lose all your single target removal (siphon soul), board clear (doomsayer, defie, hellfire, twisting), your win condition ( the DK, Rin) so it is safe to say no way you can make a deck. If you play Zoo, you cant play the DK, which is the reason why the deck make a comeback. Without the DK, it is impossible for Zoo to win a tier 1 control deck, or make a comeback after you lose your board. In Zoo you want to protect your board, not your health, so the upgrade hero power don't do shiit for you.

Warrior, Priest and Pala play the card because their version of upgrade is the best.
There is no such thing as "safe to say" when you have only seen 6 cards in the expansion.
Warlock (and Zoolock in particular) did just fine long before Bloodreaver Gul'dan or Rin, the First Disciple ever existed, so to assume those are the only possible win conditions for the class is pretty darned ignorant.

No matter the win con is, you cant reach there withou all your single target removal and board clears missing as a control deck, that is the case of baku lock.  And for what?

Anyone think that the Justicar hero power is viable in shaman, hunter , warlock or mage must be reaally new to the game. Pre standard, only Warrior, Priest and Paladin use it. And it is only a must have in Control Warrior. Justicar for Warrior is like Gul’dan for Warlock at the moment.

You fail to understand that Warrior, Priest, and to a lesser extent Paladin all had the sustainability to support a 6 mana 3 health minion without taunt back then.
This new card gives it to you on turn 1 without playing anything, so more classes have an opportunity to see if the Justicar HP is any good. Warlock never made use because you're typically done drawing cards by the time you play Justicar, but starting on turn 1 is a whole different ball game. True you cannot run Bloodreaver, but Zoo could easily trade Keleseth for this card with a few other replacements. Most of the strong cards are odd costing like Councilman, Doomguard, and all the 1 drops ofc.

I think this will likely have a control warrior deck built around it.  How playable will depend on a lot of factors we don't know yet (other cards and the meta that develops).  I also think this has potential in both Warlock (only real loss for a control lock is the hero, so if you get another strong end game option to replace him..) and Shaman.  I know neither used justicar, but starting the game with the upgrade guaranteed allows a lot of options that weren't viable with justicar because you couldn't build the deck around hoping to draw her.  Shaman picking totem type everytime has the potential to be abusive if it gets the right odd cost cards to work with.  And warlock not needing to dedicate cards to healing to offset the hero power frees up a lot of options for either tech cards or a whole new idea as to how to construct them.  I expect 1 of these 3 classes will get a tier 2 deck built around this card which is pretty solid.

Warlock ? So you decided to drop Doomsayer, Defile , Hellfire, Spellstone,Siphon sould, Twisting Neither, and the DK just for a free 2 mana draw?? Good luck with that mate.
And Shaman ? Thats mean no HEX which is HUGE. Also, the new OP Shaman only hero cards is 8 mana too, make no sense you drop these two vital cards just for summoning a totem of your choice, come on.
Druid? The DK hero power is just better, no contest here.
Paladin Justicar hero power is very good. But all of your strongest cards in even, I dont know how you make a Paladin deck with only odd cards.
This card is for CW only, it IS LIKE Justicar is considered Warrior class card now

I was not around to witness the Justicar era, so I can't really tell, but the upgrade for warlock doesn't seem too useful to me. They have plenty of heal to cover up for the lives they pay to draw cards.

You are right, no one used this card for warlock in the past, even when warlock at that time had much worse healing than they have atm

Obviously this card for CW so they want the archtype back they will print OP card to support it, thats what they did to Priest and Warlock. Now the deck need strong 1 mana minion, 5 mana cards and 7 mana cards. We have a lot of 3 drop already. 5 mana we have Brawl and Elise, need a strong midgame weapon . 7 drop is very lacking, only Gorehowl atm. Geddon can be tech vs Paladin though.Prefer a Dr.Boom power level drop here.  9 drop is this card, Ysera, and Master Oakheart can be nice. Maybe need another strong end game legendary here.
