Just some thoughts based on the recent comments. Keep in mind, I just got to rank 7 last month.
Dragon priest is fundamentally a minion-based tempo deck. I find that between turns 3-5, if you've lost the board, you will very likely lose. If you're neutral, you may have a chance, but of course hopefully by then you have board control.
If you're seeing a lot of aggro (including secret pallies) I would tech in more 3 drops. Drop a corruptor and Chrom and bring in a second technician and either Eydis (great in this deck), ooze or even faerie dragon. But I find that 8 dragons is generally enough so I don't miss Chrom.
Then you have 4 1-drops, 2-3 2-drops, and 4-5 3-drops. This and buffs/heal should give you the board.
But remember also, that Dragon Priest is very predictable to play against. So your opponent generally knows exactly what you're going to play.
Have you tried the deck? It's really strong. This, like more dragon decks, is a tempo deck, so yes if you lose tempo, you will lose. It's about wise exchanges and maintaining board presence. I've flown thru 19 to 14 last night with the deck. Check out kolento's twitch thread and watch him play the deck. Really good stuff.
you have all the standard cards. You're legendary heavy like the recent rank 1 legend deck. There's nothing specific to critique. It's more about you playing at your current rank and meta and modifying your deck as you need.

0-3 so far. Every class bring creature removal. And after that, the weapon classes have greater synergy. Did much better with rogue

I understand. When I put the list together it looked pretty messy to me too. But there's a lot of purpose overlap in the 1 of-cards.
Sabotage, BGH, and sap (kinda) are all removal cards.
Skulker and FOK are board clears
Perds and BtG are a little random but I've gotten good use out of both
Well I'm gonna keep refining. I guess maybe it shows the challenge with control rogue that you feel like you need a bit of everything

Thank you for your enthusiasm. Keep enjoying the game :)

I don't see how a velen combo deck is fast
