The shadow reflection would normally show up at the beginning of your turn. If it didn't, then you might have overdrawn?

Yeah I've seen this posted about before. I've got to assume it's intended, but it's definitely a weird interaction. (Although the interaction between runes and divine shield is equally weird, and we know that's intended.)

I played spiteful priest to r5 this season, which is the highest rank I've ever achieved. I enjoy the deck--it's board-based, has some play against aggro, and a powerful finisher to defeat control. That said, it is very simple to play (arguably too simple compared to how powerful it is), and matchups against secret mage, dude paladin, and murloc paladin seem to come down almost entirely to whether and how many duskbreakers you draw. Obviously spiteful priest could not exist without summoner, but there is no way it could be t1 without duskbreaker. Idk if I want to say the card is broken, but I agree that it could have been 2 damage and/or have lower stats and still be playable. I don't really get everyone jumping on OP's back here telling him to stop playing hurr durr aggro decks. Duskbreaker is very powerful. Suggesting it could be less powerful isn't ridiculous.

Ended up going 7 wins, losing to a warlock, priest, and hunter. Feelsokman.

Proof, I guess. This deck is actually really stressful to play since I know I should win almost every match if I'm playing correctly. Gotta go back to warrior next time lol.

FWIW, it got an 82 on heartharena. Could be my first 12 win run? Fingers crossed.

Just hoping to get some thoughts on the best tech card for the meta right now. Obviously there's a lot of silence right now, with spellbreaker in a lot of aggressive builds, and silence/songstealer in combo dragon priest. There's also some eater of secrets, and even some hungry crab out there. Finally, there's a little bit of weapon removal. Personally, I think the weapon removal is the most useful in the current meta, with good targets against warlock, mage, and paladin, but I'm curious to hear all of your thoughts.

Reading these comments, I guess cooperation brawls are not everyone's cup of tea. I really enjoyed this one. The boss mechanics were surprising and interesting (swap hands ?!) and the boss was challenging without being impossible. It did take a while, so I probably won't play too many, but I will definitely pop back later in the week for another go.

I don't need anyone to respond to this, and I certainly don't care to argue the point, but FUCK frost lich jaina in arena. I drafted a very good priest-rogue deck, am clearly winning, even picked a soggoth off a free from amber BEFORE he played FLJ, and I still lost in fatigue b/c of the pure value of 3/6 water eles with lifesteal. Shit is awful to play against.

Professor Putricide is actually pretty easy. Beat him with a basic bloodlust elemental shaman deck. Sindragosa was more of a challenge. Went with a sort of big easy priest plus mind blasts and holy smites and made it without issue.

I'm not totally understanding all the hate here. OP didn't seem to be posting this to brag. He just seemed to be remarking on a rare occurrence. Yes, he drew the nuts. Yes, his play was fairly straightforward. Yes, it would suck to be his opponent. But it's not like aggro druid is OP. There are times when you draw dead, and other games when you just run out of gas by t5. Just seems weird to me to jump down someone's throat for ending the game early. That's kind of the whole point of aggro decks.

Just thinking about it a bit, I guess a 3 turn kill would be possible as rogue on the coin vs. druid:

T1: Hallucination, which discovers innervate; Innervate ; The Coin ; Preparation ; Eviscerate ; Edwin Van Cleef

You'd be out of cards, but your opponent would be at 26 and your Edwin would be a 12/12. Connect twice with Edwin and twice with your dagger and it's gg.

In unannounced Blizzard news, Jade Spirit is now an elemental. Given the dearth of 4-drop elementals for Shaman, and given that they generally want to curve into Servant of Kalimos, could this provide a significant boost?

Also relevant here is the QR nerf. With that, one of ele-shaman's worst match-ups will likely no longer see play.

Thoughts?

Had a mage quest and used this build successfully at low ranks. I like the elemental synergy; never had a hard time getting them to trigger so long as I mulliganned and planned well. Cheers.
