The Jade Golem mechanic is irrelevant in this instance. Jade Idol is a powerful archetype defining card; this card is absolute garbage and will see zero relevant play.
I don't think you put any thought into this card. It's a 2m Villager, stealth on this minion is almost irrelevant outside of Raptor synergy. On it's second effect (which is a Deathrattle) it's literally a worse Defiant Ringleader. On top of this card being bad, it's lack of strength is also compounded by Jade Shuriken being on the weaker side.
Yes, when the stars align, a perfectly curved out Jade Raptor Rogue deck can perform well. However, decks don't work under best-case scenarios.
Tempo loss, too slow, too low stated, and a non-proactive effect/card in a tempo oriented class that has zero late game survivability options. Your definition of a good card is amusing.

This card is extremely powerful in Wild. Removes the headache of running sub-optimal fluff in decks like OTK Paladin & Quest Mage.

Steep requirement, can see play if Rogues get a powerful mid-range deck.

Potential with Auctionmaster + Fizzlebang shenanigans.

This might shape up to be one of the most broken cards ever printed.
