You should DE all of the nerfed cards unless you are actively running them. In the worst case, you can re-craft them for 0 net dust cost. In the best case, they become something else useful and/or you pull them out of a brawl pack again. Basically anytime you can get a full dust refund, you should go for it.

In order to actually prove this, you would need a huge sample size. Maybe 1,000+ games just to ensure that you just aren't paired against decks that are not the ice block ones by random chance.

This is the first ever standard format meta analysis. The article states that you should take all of the matchup percentages with a grain of salt. The met has not completely settled yet, so new decks are popping up, and some are also fading out of popularity. Tempo Storm did not publish this in order to tell you which decks are the best. It is simply to show which decks are trending as of now. Things will change a lot in the coming weeks and maybe even months and Tempo Storm understands that.
