making legend is nothing but a grind..I've done it numerous times and when I look back at the time I wasted I don't even know what I was thinking.  Play the same deck and don't switch, learn the matchups and when you mulligan, hope for the best.  Once you get the card back there is no reason to ever do it again. There really is no difference from rank 5 and legend in terms of skill. The only difference is how much time you want to waste getting the last 25 stars.

The adventure is is nothing more than changing images files and adding new rules. It’s pretty much the same as all the other ones. You just go through the process to get the new cards and after that you aren’t playing it again.  I just played through it on pc in less than 30 minutes for both sides and I already forgot about it.

Way too much grinding? You don’t have 15 hours a day to sit on your ass in front of a pc and ask mom to bring you hot pockets? Well I guess you will have to figure something out then hey? Maybe quit playing or get a better job.

for most people here they will do everything they can to claim "f2p" status and not give the evil company a dime for anything they make. The mere fact the game still exists is that blizzard makes money from the continued support and development of Hearthstone. These people want to claim immortal staus of "look I've not spent a dime and I get rank "whatever". They will claim you suck if you spend money on the game at all and chastise you as an "idiot". 

I claim 98-100 free packs every expansion from doing nothing but logging in to the game and completing the daily quest. I have played the game since closed beta. I have every card in the game and I'm at 67% complete golden collection. I have received more free things in the game since I've played than I can remember.  19.99 to me is about the equivalent of maybe .50 cents; I tip more for dinner than this all of the time. I can't speak for everyone but I can only speak to what I have witnessed from this community over the last 5 plus years and it's more toxic than nuclear waste.  I pay the devs for their content and only use gold for new expansion packs. F2P players can thank me and millions of others for actually spending money on the game for all these years. 

Don't spend money you don't have; no one really cares one way or another.

Why does anyone care about golden cards? All I hear F2P players say about golden cards is how dumb the person with those golden cards and decks are. Nothing but hate for that which they wish they had. 

Too bad you couldn’t have fun with leeroy poweroverwhelming faceless combos... I’ve played since closed beta .....leeroy has plenty of counters...the first one is you have to know how to play the game

i log in every three days clear the quests and leave for another three days...fuck playing the game anymore its a BOREFEST. Ill collect my free 100 packs in march and thats that...serioulsy who cares...the rng has become ridiculosuly boring as has battlecry bullshit... im pretty much done. have fun trying hard.....

I have to laugh....who gives a shit if this game or the entire company is gone tomorrow...not me. I feel sorry for anyone who would care.....life issues for sure.

here's my take. Why don't you go work for Blizzard and do it the right way then? Don't tell us,go tell them. Sign up for a job and submit your resume then hopefully you get on the team. You can make everything kosher so we never have problems again!

Until then I'll go to war with the tools I have and figure out a way to win because sitting around and whining about everything does nothing to forward progress. I made rank 5 already so I'm done for the month you still have some time before the nerfs but I am hoping you use that time to apply for a developer position and get hired so we can then have the perfect game for years to come.

I play the game and collect the cards. I have a complete collection that is about 66% golden. I spend money on the game ,sure but every expansion I get 95-102 free packs just from the quests between expansions. I pretty much do the daily quest and log out. Now that you don’t even have to win games to get the quest done it’s a login reward. I was amazed at the number of quests the player base does every month in the stat report compared to me logging in for 20-25 minutes and leaving. Now I login pass every turn and get my gold and log out. I play the down for a couple weeks and the. It gets boring so I don’t really play it. I’ve been legend numerous times and have played enough. To say you can’t make a deck being an F2P and you have played since beta is really hard to believe if you even play the game land just do the daily quest.  I’ve played since closed beta and I never spent money on the game for a year and I played just fine. To your credit I would never even play this game if I picked it up today because it wouldn’t be worth my time. No way would I play this all day like I used too, it’s just too boring and repetitive at this point.
