posted a message on Card Duels 101: Druid of the Claw vs Water Elemental

In a meta with a lot of priests running around, I would take the Druid.  As an example of this, the other day I finished off a mage by Shadow Madness'ing his Elemental and hitting him with two Ice Lances that I stole 8D

I have a junk rogue deck I put together to absolutely crush one of my friends Control Warrior deck.  The rage after I shadowstepped Harrison waiting for his next weapon....  Good times.

There's no "play at random target" element to the card you draw, even if it's a removal spell. You simply don't play the farsighted card immediately, if the time is not right. The cost reduction stays until you actually play the card, which is why manamorphose isn't really a good mtg analogy.

I had never really played around with Farsight much, I didn't realize that the cost reduction lasted even after the turn ended.

That makes it far better than I thought it was. I don't see why everyone is griping then, it has plenty of potential as new cards come out.

I imagine many people who dislike the card don't know how it actually works, it's certainly not intuitive when reading the card, especially if one has background in Magic.

Far Sight is imo quite decent card, not at its best in aggro heavy meta but it does often allow for a soul crushing turn later in a more midrange game. If people want to complain about truly bad class epics, they should be talking about something like Pyroblast.

.... Pyroblast is bad.... riiiiiight.  Tell that to freeze mage.  Alexstrasza+Pyroblast=I only need to do 5 points of damage this game.

    Kidnapper is the worst.

At least that has some arena value.  Farsight is pretty bad in all formats.

I still run my Murloc Warlock to complete the Warlock and/or Meek Shall Inherit quests.  Clock in about 60% win rate in casual with it.  It's lightning fast and the game is usually decided by turn 6 or 7.  I have some very bursty cards in there like Power Overwhelming to get those last few drops of damage in.

I only swap 2xSunwalker for 2x Belcher, but its loocks prety nice deck ^^ Maybe try it ^^

The Sunwalkers are superior in the priest matchup. They can't be SWP'd or shadow madnessed.

On another forum I saw a guy made a tweaked anti-priest ramp druid deck.  Here it is:

    Sad Priest
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (18) Ability (12)
    Loading Collection

Your suggestion of "searchers" or "tutors" aren't going to help them make that "dream hand" even more of a nightmare.

There are a few possibilities when you say that you're getting screwed by RNG every time.

    1.  Weak deck.  You say you're running a strong deck (although it is catered to a more control based meta which is slower than what you run into a lot when ranking) so we can assume your deck is fine-ish.

    2.  Bad mulligans.  This takes practice and a lot of knowledge of what you'll be facing.  Really broad example would be that lightning storm should be ditched against priests but held onto for dear life against hunters.

    3.  RNG hates you.  There are statistical anomalies.  Some people get hit twice by lightning in their lives, others win the lottery twice.  If your luck just isn't panning out, well better you than me 8D

RNG is RNG.  Sometimes it's great, other times it bites you in the ass.

If you find that you are constantly having bad hands and no way of dealing with your opponents openers than maybe it's not RNG, it's poor deck construction.  Also, those "Tutor" cards are powerful and shouldn't be added lightly.

By the way, you get the Captain's Parrot in a similar way with pirates.  That one's harder to do though since you need Greenskin, a legendary.

If you get one of every murloc card and they're all golden, you'll receive a golden Murk Eye.

Gluth was the only one that gave me fits.  It was also probably my most "customized" deck to kill him.  Lots of fights I took existing decks and maybe added a few cards to help, but I had to eventually create a bastard shaman deck from the ground up to take the dog down.
