I enjoy it fine. But I'd point out that if you've got people cutting up to ranks of 5 or above, they can't hate it that much. That's still a significant time investment.
16 to 5 is not a significant time investment at all.....if you wait til about the 10th-15th of the month you can do it in one day and just not play hearthstone for the rest of the month if that's all you're after. Maybe 5-6 hours of play.
If you do it at the beginning, sure....it's a huge time sink and you'll be grinding for 3-4 days to rank 5 for 6hours a day.
To be honest with you even with the "best" of decks right now your looking at 50% winrate or slightly higher. So just do the best with what you have.
Very true, and good advice. People forget that fundamentals are more important in hearthstone, and understanding how to respond and predict future board states than card quality initially for new players. Learn to trade efficient, learn who is the beat down in the matchup.
Even if you crafted the best deck atm, the most you could hope for is around 55-58%w/r as a really good player. Now, unless you're a professional player, somehow they always get 5-10% more win percentage out of what the average is. (60-65%, sometimes even 70-75%.) Download a deck tracker and track your stats, watch replays on losses.
Do research, thats what it takes to succeed in hearthstone, a lot of reading and a lot of playing against the odds.
HSreplay.net or metastats.com, or hearthstonetopdecks.com will give you the information you need, disguisedtoast's website is good too. Hearthpwn is ok, but it's crowded with shit decks most of the time that are being +1'd by trolls.
They probably can't with the abysmal payouts for winning and qualifying with HCT Points. The new HCT Season requirements are top 25 for 3 months straight, who can survive doing that without going insane, much less be that consistent? Plus then grinding all the HCT Tour and flying around, by the time you actually win anything you're at a net loss of money and are only doing it for the fame / trophy most likely. That's nice for people who have a shit ton of disposable income or parents who fund all of this....but not for anyone who is an adult.

Deck works good. I just tested it out on my europe F2P Account, I've never played europe as I main NA. So the ultimate test. :P

Went 25-15 pretty easily. (started stat tracking at 24 as I forgot too at first)

Try being stuck in rank 2-5 since day 3 of the ladder season. That's even more frustrating when I normally hit legend.

I dunno, but i'll be happy when the rotation happens. Lots of juicy dust to be had as I don't play wild.

You know what they say, the best card IN HEARTHSTONE is a Credit card! Bust that out, and you'll get all the loots!

Rank 3 - Aggro Paladin 54.60%, Highlander Priest 54.54%, Murloc Paladin 53.69%
Rank 2 - Highlander Priest 53.65%
Rank 1 - Highlander Priest 55.84%
Legend - Highlander & Dragon Priest are Tier 1 around 53-54%w/r on average.
