I was thinking on health and taunt because of terran being well-known for their massive defenses (Bunkers with marines, Siege Tanks, Missile Turrets and so on).
But probably could fit windfury, or even both (should I change the ammount of Health given in any of those cases?). Or maybe as "ultimate crazy thing", give taunt, windfury and divine shield and no health, but it could be too much.
If the image showed a bunker or fortified defenses, Taunt would fit with that. But it shows an ETC firing a Gauss Rifle, which relates more to the Marine, which relates more to micro and rapid fire (hence Windfury). The card title also is more suggestive towards that than being defensive. (at least for me)

Remember Death and Decay? This is simply a more expensive stronger version, I think you should aim at something with a different effect.

Much better now. Combination with Doomsayer is scary as hell, but definitively worth seeing.

Seems alright but a bit simple and I'm not sure how +4 health and Taunt would relate to Elite Tauren Chieftain and Terran. Given the image I'd expect something like "Give your minions +4 health and Windfury this turn", with the +4 health allowing them to trade with that Windfury.
As for my own submission, I don't think I can actually change it at this point to the new one as they differ too much. Oh well.
Can someone give some last thoughts on my cards? I don't know which one I should submit.

I like the weapon the most as you have some control with it about when you want to switch back to your regular Hero Power by attacking with it. The witch is also interesting but it might be somewhat easy to remove if you're looking to use it lategame to deny big cards. The 4 attack does help against Priest though.
Can have nice combinations with Frost Nova and other freezing effects that don't do damage on their own. I initially gave it 6 health rather than 7 but given that it's a class card and that Frost Elemental itself is a 3/6 for 4 mana, I felt a 4/7 for 6 mana with the above abilities was acceptable for a class card.

This is my first ever submission, based on The Guardian that Arthas encounters protecting Frostmourne in WC3:
I think it could have some nice synergies with cheaper Freeze spells that don't do damage whilst also providing a decently sized Taunt.
