Yup i agree that combo decks do take more skill then control. I meant that Control decks take more skill then Aggro.

I do agree to your theory in some decks (freezemage), but otk warrior for example was much easier to perform well with (that was at least my experience).
I wanted to make Brann work, but it was too situational for me. Same goes for Lay on Hands, what was always way too late to heal me. Book Wyrm is very interesting. I try to find a spot for it, `cause 3 or less attack minions are shown up a lot in the actual meta.
Mine is a bit greedy, but works very well so far (with Blackwing Technician instead of Nightbane Templar). What are your thoughts about this version (i also didn`t want to include Netherspite Historian, in this deck is already enough lategame potential. A second doomsayer helps a lot more): http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/557019-dragon-control-paladin
Play wild they said, Itd be fresh and fun they said.
Playing against Secret Paladin, Face Hunter and Mech mage (with no changes since WoG) is not fun. That's a good 50% of the Meta. Another 30% of the Meta is deck Copy+Pasted from Standard; Aggro Shaman, Dragon Warrior (why?), C'thun Warrior. That only leaves 20% odd for actually interesting decks. And while I am happy to see priest actually seeing playing the constant surge of Secret Pallys and Mech mages just grind me down.
Are you literally complaining about Hex while you`re playing a Cthun deck? Everyone knows that the Battlecry of that monster is always damn hard to handle...
All of the cards you mentioned are pretty bad (exept the cleric and pw:s), simply because you need to combo them and most of the time just holding a combopiece in your hand, waiting for the other. What priest really needs are some more proactive plays instead of reactive plays. I would say that only Dragon Priest did it right, but fell out of favor, because of the miss of lightbomb.
Standard is unfortunately simply awful. Its Warrior, Shaman and Hunter. Over and over and over and over. Whats the point? Where is the fun here? Please advise...???
Other than the 3 cancer decks we all know of, do any decks actually work?
Thanks
What about not being salty about everything? And let me say this: If you train to survive against decks like Dragon Warrior, Aggro/Midrange Shaman, Zoo and Midrange Hunter you can pretty much beat everything with a decent winrate. Just find a counter to it.

Do you think that Cairne could replace a second Cabal?

I would reconsider the Tier 4 rating of Onyxia... It is used a lot in Druid Token Decks nowadays and even find it`s place in some Dragon tempodecks.

May i ask you what you mean with "legend heavy"? That could be everything.

Seems preeety good to me. Even better than the typical 3/5 minion with a dragon in hand.
