Some cards recently got nerfed and when you go to the disenchanting screen with them you'll see the following text:
"This card was recently modified, so its Disenchant value has been adjusted."
So what I'm saying is that it doesn't specify that "there must be a nerf" or "its power level been lowered" or something like that so I think technically we are supposed to get the full dust refunds from any card change, including buffs too.
What do you think?

I was playing a nice game with my Even Tempo Warrior fun list. Faced the millionth Hunter in a row of course, but he drew terribly. I managed to play around his secrets, wrecked his spellstone with my Sul'thraze, and got him down to 4 Health. He was out of cards, I didn't have any ways to deal 4, though my deck had a lot of them (2x Kor'kron Elite, one Argent Commander, Scourgelord Garrosh and I believe one Lifedrinker which will be enough due to my equipped Blood Razor). Again, he had no fuck*ng cards.
My turn. Topdeck Militia Commander, dropped like four-five minions, he had absolutely no way to win this...
He topdecked goddamn Zul'jin. Four Secrets, four wolves, two Deadly Shots and a Baited Arrow perfectly killing my damaged Amani Berserker. I hit concede and left the game.
Blizzard, seriously. Nerf fuck*ng Hunter.

Bought the bundle, got Gahz'rilla, Dreadscale, Soggoth the Slitherer and Hobart Grapplehammer on top of two golden epics. Definitely not regretting, although the legendaries are rather shitty.

Well... After this, KotFT and Un'Goro rotate out, Standard is gonna be a dumpster full of trash cards and extremely bad decks are gonna be tier 1 simply because there wouldn't be much good stuff to play. The power level is gonna drop really quickly.
