Some people will tell you that "well played" is a sign of respect, but these very same people will not say "well played" when they lose, only when they win.

WARNING!
I have read a blue post stating that if you DE your "bonus" card from the bug, you'll actually be destroying your only copy of the card you got. My advice: don't do ANYTHING until the bug is resolved, and the fix is in place.

Maybe some others of you have had this happen, and you feel as I do. If you don't feel this way, don't bother pestering me with neo-nerd gamer rage ...
So, you are playing a game of Hearthstone with a deck you feel pretty decent about, it seems to perform decently well in Ranked play despite not having all of the cards listed, and such, and you generally finish in the 18th-20th rankings. In my case, i have been playing Hearthstone for about three months or so. I have thrown some money at the game in order to open up some levels of Naxx, or to buy some card packs once in a while, so I am by no means an expert player.
YAY for all that set up ...
So, I have been playing, and I lose more than I win. Okay, fine. However, what gets me ticked off more than not being able to get minions out onto the board and have them survive long enough to do anything, much less dream of anything resembling board parity, much less board control, is that just before or just after the opponent finishes me off, I hear ...
"Well played ..." Then doom happens.
Ok, so here's the deal, and it might just be me, but if not, please tell me what I am not the only one who feels like this ... I think that that little bit right there ... "Well played" ... is about the stupidest thing in the entire game. It does not come across as anything nice, it does not come across as even good sportsmanship. It comes across to me as condescending pity, and I prefer to have nothing to do with it. When i play games, I will hardly ever talk to the opponent. If they greet, I might greet back, and I apologize if something gets messed up, for instance, if anything delays the game. However, i will never use "Well played" at all, not ever. To me it is rude, and taunting.
I probably seem like someone who is crazy. Perhaps, but more likely, it's just my self-conscious self mixing in with the innate human feelings when it comes to losing more than winning. So I figured i would write this. I don't know that anyone else feels like this, but feel free to write.
