Lots of people just take the deck off the front page, and misplay for days because they don't understand the type of deck they are playing. But I sounds like you do, so no gripes there.

dan33410 posted a message on [Spark] Elemental Spirit (S34)Posted in: [Spark] Elemental Spirit (S34)Last night I went on a 14-6 run with this deck. Great deck for those that like the control archetype. As mentioned, does very well against agro decks such as Pirates which is the majority of what you'll be facing right now. Get those early Taunts on the board, a heal or two may be necessary, but once you head into the mid/late game its very hard to lose.
Against Reno, Dragon, Jade, etc. maximizing AoE value is crucial. Also, I found that for me, a few of these games were decided with a good pull with Barnes (Rag, Y'Shaarj) vs. a crappy pull (Thalnos, Earth Ele). Ancestral Spirit onto Sylvanas can steal you some big Jade minions.
This deck also does well against other control decks such as Warrior. Keep your big drops as late as possible in hopes that your other minions eat their removals. Be mindful of over-committing into a Brawl.
Also, be ready for long games... Especially when you're used to 3-5 min Pirate rushdowns lol.

Fenryr posted a message on [Spark] Elemental Spirit (S34)Posted in: [Spark] Elemental Spirit (S34)This deck is REALLY FUN! Here are some tips for people who aren't used to control shaman:
This deck has oppressive removal and the ability to challenge the opponent to remove huge threats. You're constantly making bets about how much damage your opponent can do with their board. Since you can win most late-game matchups, you just grind out the opponent until they can't remove a threat. Against aggro you play threats asap, against control you ideally wait until you're forcing them to use removal. Use AoE as soon as it's likely to be most valuable, consider whether it will be good next turn or this turn. Hold onto healing if you can use the mana for tempo and think you'll survive, but seriously consider the range of the class you're facing. -

Thanks for the feedback, you're welcome :)
I'm actually playing a bit more aggressive list atm, with Bearshark and Bonemare actually so it seems pretty okay ;)

Hey! Thanks for the feedback :)
I kinda like Terrorscale Stalker but it's more situational compared to Stitched Tracker that gives you value all the time. I used Barnes originally but it wasn't so convincing honestly, still a good card to consider, very playable in this deck I'd say.
Fighting against Aggro is indeed pretty hard with this deck, and I don't think Explosive Trap would be enough, I guess having a turn Doomsayer could help as you can they go into the mid game without getting outpaced.

Very nice! Thanks for the feedback. King Dred is indeed a very underrated card, nice to hear some good success with it :D

Unfortunately there is no really good replacement as you'll lose the deathrattle here =/
You can go for Fiery Bat but it's a lot weaker, Crabs tech are fine as well or Direwolf Alpha. Still not very optimal though :(

As stated in the intro, go to the album and find them all, with the deck code on top :P Anyway, here is the Warrior one: http://imgur.com/FOwlCmY

Sorry I can't bring any proof beside the Rank and the winrates. I also stated in the guide that I used some other decks as well, so I'm not trying to hide anything. I don't really see the point in lying anyway, that says a lot about your mentality...

If the deck was less Beast oriented I would consider it, but here you have a lot of early/mid game beasts to use it, plus the late game Zombeasts. Also, Rat Pack loses a lot of potential without Houndmaster

The deck is indeed unfavored against those, it doesn't mean you can't win against them though (see my winrates..)

You don't have enough minions on board to get good Infest value, you don't want to rely on it as well, and you need to cycle your deck to get the Deathstalker Rexxar, Highmane, Lich King and Zoth. Moreover Loot Hoarder gives another 2-drop to the deck.
Infest is just bad for this deck.

Rat Pack can be replaced with Bearshark, but you'll lose on the deathrattle synergies unfortunately =/ You could go for some more early Beasts suggested in the replacement section as well. Infested Wolf could work to keep the deathrattle synergies but it's a bit slower.
TBK can be replaced by anything from the list honestly. See what fits the best for you. Deadly Shot if you need the single target removal, Bonemare if you want a solid late game threat + taunt, etc..
