Idol is only a problem for slow control decks, if you look at your games against aggro/midrange/tempo decks, infinite value of idol rarely makes difference. The best way to nerf idol, is this one: Summon a Jade Golem; or Shuffle 3 copies of Summon a Jade Golem into your deck. Jades still strong against any control deck, but control will at least have a chanse.
First of all it has to kill target to get those murlocs, secondary you need to draw him before you draw bluegills or warleaders and there quite a few cards to counter it: Kodo, Streetwise Investigator to break stealth or just a huge taunt, not even mentioning class spells. I prefer Streetwise Investigator its 4-6 body and it also counters rogue with conceal.

I like design of this card. It's basicly 8/8 for 8 with 4 damage battlecry, compare it with ragnaros its also 8/8 for 8 and 8 damage, but random. Also like deathrattles theme in hunter, especially faint death deck, its a good replacement for sneed's which was too random and too slow. In most cases deathrattle won't be triggered on your turn and u wont get opportunity of charge. Minion strong, but not OP, especially for class legendary.
I agree with Loatheb and Azure Drake for its mana cost very good overall cards.
But i would also add Savannah Highmane strong minion for its mana cost that is out of BGH range still ok body if silenced and benefit from dying, its better than dr.7 in its overall stats.
Fix turn roll-over bug, make it "Your opponent's turn lasts 15 seconds." No downside. That way it may be considered to actually use
The idea of card is to put presure on your opponent by making him think fast, but turn end after you click "end turn" button and animation time burn some of your timer, thats not how it suppose to work, unless bliz fix it, making end tund after all animation played.
It's a shame that all of his brothers and sisters saw some play, some of them even still playable. But Noz is useless, and ut has one the most interesting potencial mechanic in the game. I like the idea of time manipulation but in current state its broken.
Thats why i offer other time manipulation that can impact. Some of them could be OP but its only an raw idea, there is always a way to make it more balanced like Time rewinding thing could be effect of Kidnapper, not Vanish. The same applies on other two.

Combo nerfed to OK one, Keeper to an unplayable, Lore is too much.

OK against: Priest, Warrior, Warlock.
