Shallow grave isn’t getting a buff and doesn’t need one. You left off disruptive spell breaker.

I know, what I’m saying is that there have been multiple new archetypes for classes since sunken city, but warrior is still pirate tribal. It was so annoying to see multiple Mr. Smite from discover.

Brann and guff are hardly even a threat anymore. With rogue and demon hunter getting knocked off the top, it’s going to make the next best decks stronger. Look out for frost mage, pure paladin, imp warlock and maybe death knight. Undead priest may be viable if the buffs are stronger than just a couple of stats. Warrior is still going to be bad, it needs a mini set to crawl out of the hole.

The real reason I’m not worried about brann and guff though is phylactery warlock. It farms ramp Druid all day along with every other slow deck. The fast pace of rogue and DH kept it in check, but without them… we may have phylactery warlock being the new scourge. Tons of healing, draw, mana discounts, and a very reliable kill from just about any health on turn 8 or 9. There are also no nerfs to mithril runed rod which still is very broken and has been nerfed twice.

Without anub arak and summoner, there is only deathwhisper at the top end to go for and she is getting a nerf. I think this may just kill undead as a tribe. They are broken when summoner and anub has reborn, but think about how crappy they are at tier 4. The strategy now is to power level to 6 for the broken cards, but if you scale fairly, undead loses to everything else with earlier scaling.

Nellie needs a buff? Is the only warrior deck they are able to come up with since stormwind pirate warrior?

    Quote from Seshua >>

OP is clearly judging these cards from a wild player's perspective. He even mentioned Time Warp when addressing Grey Sage Parrot.

Other nerf suggestions for cards like Swordfish, Contract Conjurer, Brilliant Macaw, Dew Process etc. further indicate that OP is a wild player.

what do you guys think i only addressed standard cuz wild would take to long lol

It’s hard to tell if you are right or OP is just really bad.

Death knight needs nerfs? I would argue it needs a heavy rework for buffs. It was designed to be able to play multiple styles and only two of them are played, with only one being played successfully. Frost DK is the only positive winrate deck and it functions as a slightly worse more stall focused frost mage. If you’re trying to force triple blood DK, good luck, it loses hard to so many decks because astalor is the only wincon and it is played fairly. Unholy DK is the hottest garbage, complete trash tier 5, it might as well be a priest deck it’s so bad. I would argue that to make DK playable, shift every rune card down one rune. Make the highest requirement 2 runes. That way you can actually make viable blood/unholy handbuff decks, or blood/frost control and burn, or even a rainbow DK. The class was DOA and it just can’t keep up. After rotation it may get stronger, but I don’t think  it will be competitive with rogue even after nerfs and rotation.

What I think is curious about the current format is how much hunter and rogue aren’t allowed to be changed. Shadowstep hasn’t been changed and has been suspect for the life of hearthstone. We lost fiery war axe because “classic cards shouldn’t be stronger than set cards” but yet there’s always shadowstep, ready to double a battlecry for free or give a charge minion windfury. Edwin has been nerfed once already, and he is from the same year as the meta breaking unbeatable tyrant that was kazakusan. Kazakusan got nerfed into unplayable, Edwin has been in every deck since release. Hunter just gets hilariously high tier cards. Harpoon gun didn’t need a buff, hydraladon is arguably the best colossal, tavish is a fantastic hero, and now we have shockspitter; they made a card that gets buffed from doing damage with weapons in the class with the best weapons and it all has strong incentive to go face and can be doubled with brann (who was a problem when he was in standard and every player said was a mistake to put in core). Meanwhile warrior, the “weapon class” is left playing poor weapons just to break them so they can draw cards.

As for OP: This list is really funny, good troll list. No wildpaw gnolls, that’s really funny.

posted a message on My first build new expansion, i'm under the impression that undead is Op

It’s hilarious how cracked putricide and undead are. The cyborg dragon is a huge jump in power from the last season and it doesn’t even register because undead are so ridiculous. There’s a couple of undead minions that just need to be gone, eternal summoner is the stormscale siren that needs to be removed and eternal knight is pogohopper 2.0.

I think the quest has been nerfed into oblivion. How are you supposed to deal 24 damage to yourself and win when all the top decks have a ton of burn damage? I know, the massive armor gain from Mo’arg is awesome when it goes off with phylactery and devourer of souls (which isn’t even in your current deck list despite phylactery being there) but at that point, you are playing a slower and worse phylactery deck than using naval mine. Kudos for trying to get it to work, but quest is rubbish.

posted a message on Is anyone NOT playing Rogue right now? Could this cause a nerf? (Just a Theory)

Plaguespreader priest and quest priest have all the answers to deathrattle rogue. Drown has never been great removal but it absolutely destroys the rogue gameplan. If you are playing a lot of matches against rogue, turn to the light.

posted a message on Triple Blood DK control deck. Please critique!!

You should remove: vrykul necrolite, skeletal sidekick, Reno, invincible, Lor’themar, vulpera scoundrel and both copies of  amalgam of the deep.

You should add: 2x ashbringer, 2x soul breaker, 2x blood boil and 2x corpse explosion.

Your goal is to to cast Brann/astalor to get more copies of the 8-cost astalor. His is really your only win condition, and that’s the problem with blood DK. Denathrius used to make the cut, but not anymore. I’d also consider adding Mutanus, maybe instead of Zola?  This list is getting close to mine for blood DK, but it’s still a bad deck because blood DK is still weak. Saddest thing is that blood DK is the strongest DK, it’s pretty bad as a class.

What’s the endgame? How do you win with this deck? Brann and astalor are a good start, but you need a better finisher and more power late. I’d start by cutting Reno and invincible for some direct damage, like ashbringer.
