Card doesn't say you have to restore instant 3 or more - it says only about restoring.
But it may evaluate each instance of healing for being 3+. Meaning each drop of HRain would be seen as 1, not the accumulated 12. If that’s how it works, it would not draw for HRain. May need a test at release.
The fact that it doesn’t say 3 health “on your turn” makes me think the 1 heal drops will not stack. But this makes Lifedrinker better for sure.
