Hearthpwn

I thought we had a week to buy the bundle. Mine is out of the shop already. Did something change?

After my opponent and I had our first two turns and I realized I had no idea what would happen, it was time to treat this brawl like I was watching Wiley Coyote chasing the road runner. 

Yeah I did not realize the death rattle was permanent on the minion. 

I was hoping nexus champion Saarad would make the list and then my boy Yogg was beat out by Rag. I voted for Rag it was my first craft in Hearthstone. 

There is Hope come on Yogg!!!

 I second that on mobile devices. I have no idea what plans the enemy is scheming. It’s totally cropped out. Overall I enjoyed seeing the combat synergies I could work and enjoyed playing. I will say it could definitely use a ton more flair to spruce up the back ground. 

Actually great against non quest line decks and an awesome arena card!

I dislike the combo when you are playing against it and LIVE.  It typically means you loose your next turn because the animations take up your turn timer.

What I had pictured was a sort of side scroller, where you play the mercenaries and battle all the creatures from HS: kobolds, gelatinous cubes, dragons,... using the abilities of HS as cards: fireball, sinister strike, swipe, shield block,...

There is a gameplay video of the combat on reddit and it just looks boring for the five minutes I watched. It was select three of six cards, those would then face three other cards and you select one of three abilities and a target per card. Then automated battle starts. If one of your cards die, you replace it with one of the remaining three.

It didn't look interactive, the cards had no animation and the spell effects were plain HS effects.

I think what annoys people even more, is that it is pack based and they are selling high priced preorder packs - before people could even play it.

 This right here is spot on. I also can’t agree more on how it visually looks like junk. 

Mercenaries where are the actual Barrens Mercenaries those lovely nine hero’s that Blizzard said in the beginning that this was about.  

Also am I the only one that thinks the visuals are just horrible especially compared to RSL. 
 
And yes I will try it when it comes out. However no upfront money from me for a lot of reasons. 

On a side note the visuals looked horrible compared to other games like this. 

I will play it just on the side when not doing BGS/Arena/Constructed but not spending a dime on it.  I already don’t like the cost of it it looks way more expensive than standard Hearthstone. 

Rafaam is just in a bad match up this week. I had to put my faith in the light. 

I played my three games and let blizzard build my Noz deck. I got crushed as an extremely poorly built evolving shaman. Blizzard added so many big mana cards to a meta where maybe a couple of five drops are enough. 

Play the cards that generate spells like scorpion to get a different class set of spells to have some fun. Also the dragon lady that transforms all your cards into dragons. It’s a fun deck.
