posted a message on So, basically, we get only 66 new UNIVERSAL cards??

Correct me if I'm wrong, but C'thun will have 16 cards that are directly affecting him. If there will be 4 gods, including C'thun, that means 4 gods + 4 times 16 cards that are directly affecting one specific card out of four. So its 64 cards that buff gods plus 4 gods themselves.

Does that mean that the "true" expansion is only 66 (134 minus 68) cards that are universal? Meaning they can be used (well, effectively used) in much bigger variety of decks and not only in those that run specific god?

    Quote from Agithore >>

Is it 16 cards per each God or was that just for C'thun? Because to my understanding only C'thun will be having cards that buff him, while all other Gods will be stand alone cards? It'd suck to have 16 per God though.

It was stated that 16 cards would interact with the gods. C'thun was the only one showed, so i believe there's the missinterpretation.
And for C'thun, only 2 follower cards were shown, so that leaves 14 cards that will interact with the other 3 and with all of them (i.e. and based on personal speculation, 2 followers for each god = 8 cards, and the other 8 interact with any god)
It was confirmed that all 16 follower cards interact with C'thun and the other old gods cards don't have any followers but are standalone minions with interesting effects.

    Quote from Ser_Wa >>

i predict a corrupted dragon card, some naga cards, some qiraji, members of the twilight hammer, cho'gall as a legendary.

I'd rather Cho'Gall as the new warlock hero skin personally.

Hogger and Nat Pagle based on the images we've seen in the trailer and on the website.

Apart from that I'd like to see corrupted Illidan, since he's such an important character in the WoW lore yet his current card isn't very good.
