They need WAY more keywords and complexity. Poisonous and Divine shield are crazy good and only mechs can get divine shield consistently and only murlocs can get poisonous consistently and only nightmare amalgams can get both consistently.
I am sure they intend on adding more though so I will withhold any true criticism for now.
I wish they made a mode strictly for people who like fun decks and meme-ing. I am certain smart people can figure out ways to discourage net decking and quest-completing.
But at least they are doing something different! even if it is just -- yet again -- copying the gaming industry instead of innovating upon it.
The true problem is mouth-breathers playing these types of deck in casual.
Hearthstone DESPERATELY needs a game-mode for people who value fun above all else. Right now it's all about addictive behavior and "Getting stuff" as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Personally, I think you are greatly underestimating Zephrys the Great. Not only is it really good in thief rogue (guaranteed board clear + Tess interaction) ... I think it has a lot of "playmaker" abilities.
Wait - so you're talking about a Highlander Rogue deck, with Zeph being the only payoff?
In actual highlander decks, I just don't think plays the right role. It appears to be an average stabilization tool, but I'm not sure it's providing more beyond that. By comparison, I think Reno and Kazakus were providing massive stabilization. Reno was almost reset the game - and Kazakus seemed to be better offensively.
Now, maybe Zeph is better - we'll find out through playtesting. But so far, I'm not getting the win condition vibe that we I got from cards like Reno, Kazakus, Raza, or that fat demon dude who was bad but was a win condition of sorts. It feels more like Solia.
It SEEMS like it has potential to give you a free "now you win card" and turn the tide. Obviously this depends on the AI, but it seems potentially strong (and downright annoying to play against). With so many ways to generate cards and great card draw tools, Highlander Rogue might be doable (admittedly, I am not an expert theorycrafter and usually play more memey stuff for fun) ... though a good hero card for rogue would help here ...
Bomb warrior and bomb shuffling is the main concern for any high lander deck. The last time highlander was a thing, only a niche rogue card could really shut it down ... now everyone has the ability to tech against and shut down every highlander deck. So we shall see!

Jacked for Highlander Dragon Zephyrs Thief Tess Rogue!

Gamers have enjoyed anonymity for far too long. The culture is just a bit out of control.

Can't craft. Can't disenchant. Will only get them for the event.
Still cool though (I have a Golden NZoth that I can't bring myself to disenchant even though I don't play Wild).

Very, very, very, very little skill. But there is SOME.

The problem is that one in ten games is fun and interesting and required real thought.

Anything with charge. Malygos is a close second.

This game is fucking terrible and it's devs are clueless. That is all.

Maybe quit Wild? It's not a good game-mode.
3
Nobody cares about wild.
