     ISIS came from Obama's failed contingency in the Middle East. His own director of National Intelligence warned him that if he pulled out Iraq that a new terror group that was gaining power in the region would take over. Obama didn't listen because this was right before his reelection, and "ending" a war made him look like a winner. This group became ISIS. ISIS did not even exist before Obama's presidency. He had intel that could have prevented it and he did nothing about it to secure the election. How many people have to die for Obama? Clearly thousands so far. Putin is making a joke out of our country by bombing the crap out of them, something we should have done a long time ago before the infection spread.
