Overal they seem pretty alright. They touched some problem cards, although I didn't expect galakrond shaman to get hit again.
Really happy about scion, dragonqueen and necrium apothecary.
My only worry are face hunter and rez priest remaining untouched, I wonder how they'll fare, and if with these nerfs new decks can show up to counter these
Nerfs were pretty good. Shaman got hit hard but it's not dead. Aggro rising up has invited in a ton of control styled decks. Overal the meta seems really versatile and all classes have something interesting to offer. In my experience the only struggler seems to be mage.
Ideally for me it would be a rock paper scissors meta that is not entirely polarized.
So that if you were to choose deck X that beats Y, deck Y wouldnt have 20% chance of winning, but rather something like 40%.
Tech cards are an excellent way of doing this. A bunch of genuine good tech cards coming out could do wonders, there wouldve been less complaints about pirate warriors if we still had golakka Crawler. Against galakrond shaman some kind of battlecry counter card, against rattle rogue something to mess with their necrium stuff (which there are actually). Something to disrupt rez priest's ressurections, things to punish face hunter's aggro. So on, and so on.
I think the game would be much healthier if we still had access to important tech cards such as golakka. This way when we feel that a deck is too disruptive vs what we're playing, we can have that option on the ready.
The meta as it is currently feels fairly ok to me, with galakrond shaman nerfed, a lot more decks have risen up, and with face hunter and rattle rogues being common, some specific counters such as silence and hyper healing have made it so some decks are now viable that before wouldnt have been even considered.
Very cool list, well balanced, lots of aoe and single target removals, good draw and value generetion. I think it may rise after raven rotates out, it has infinite value so it will be great to counter a faster meta.
Yeah priest has amazingly good response cards right now, just missing some solid degenerate combo or playstyle, which other classes have.
Originally ran murozond. but murozond doesn't copy battlecries so whatever you copy of your opponent will be a mediocre version with an 8/8. I ended up pretty much never playing murozond because of it, but I still needed just enough dragons. So I opted for dragonqueen, which is basically my super swing against slow decks (such as highlanders and some odd-ball control guys that appear every now and then). People ran zephrys in non-highlander decks because they could stall until he was usable. this is pretty much the same case. And it has won me a ton of control matchups.
I'm playing priest a lot right now. While a ton of fun, galakronds ability is way too random to be reliable. There are a bit too many below average minions for it to pay off.
I've noticed though, that most of these bad minions come from witchwoods, boomsday and rastakhan's. So next rotation he will get much much better.
Also, hyper value decks seem to beat this deck with ease. Now that shaman got nerfed, i threw in. 2x Mass Dispel and 2x Cabal Shadow Priest since rogues are extremely rampant at rank 5, but even then you heavily rely on getting these techs before they get their necrium deathrattles.
vs other decks i dont seem to have too much issues though, except galakrond shaman ofc.
If you want I'll send the decklist.
I agree with what you said, I also think mass dispel is great. Be sure to post your decklist, I'd love too see it

Warlock got the annoying combo wrecking again. Seems good vs control too as you can force them to play important cards

I wonder what the hero power is though. But a board wipe (with presumably silence) is really nice for a control oriented mage.

Welcome to wild!

Warrior galakrond might get its buff reduced to +3/+3.
Necrium apothecary to 5 or 6 mana or something.
And for warrior maybe 1 durability less to ancharr.
Hard to say though

I know it hasnt rotated yet, but Whizbang the Wonderful should be an ageless card
