Don't be such a timmy. These decks run there hand out and ride the edge of the seat to the finish out the game. Decks like this need to optimize their top deck damage to close out games after you're low on cards and/or start to lose board.
My experience with this deck so far has been to get just a tiny bit ahead on board, so they can't completely clear on their next turn, and then to start going for the kill. Afterwards You can either use your weapons to stay slightly ahead or to keep up the face pressure. Good luck!
I picture you getting into a car, crashing it into your own garage, and then calling the manufacturer to complain about how terribly they designed the car.
It's not correct to just call this lava shock 2.0. Lava shock is a reactionary card that requires your opponent to have something to target to get value, and even then 2 damage is a sub-par effect for 2 mana, where as a 3/2 for 2 is both standard for the cost and not situational at all. I don't know why the hearthstone community is so uninterested in old effects being applied to new cards. Like that effect may have just become playable and something that was only available to joke decks might now be in a T1 deck. To me that's exciting.
They nerfed rogue into oblivion. Any viable archtype now is firmly in t3 or 4 with this change. WTF blizz, how does knife juggler, a card nearly universal in aggro decks, get only a drop of 1 stat and bladeflurry, the only card that made rogue a viable class, get a freaking DOUBLE nerf of removal of face AND 2 mana which is the equivalent of removing 4-5 stats! Seriously overkill. The card, which was integral to the class's ability to compete with other classe, is now only usable in grindy control versions of rogue and even then it's not good. It's just their only option for AOE. No idea where you are taking the class, but as of right now raptor rogue isn't going to compete with other decks.... smh so triggered right now.
I used to reverse spam and then delete every friend request I got off of matches I won. Friggin hilarious when it triggers them and they keep trying to add you. Waves and waves of spamerino. Good times. I might be part of the toxic community.
Read the first page and was about to make fun of people for thinking it's a 4 mana 6/6, but it looks like people wizened up to the huge tempo loss when your opponent chooses to ignore it. You don't get the 5/5 for two turns, more if the opponent has an empty board. Still, that's a lot of stats. Might still be really powerful. Depends on meta speed, enablers, and prevalence of silence. On that note, when the F is blizz gonna make a new silence card.
So you understand why swipe was beneficial, but you don't understand why many of the spells you listed are beneficial by the same reason?
Let's point 'em out and build some scaffolding.
Innervate: no target, you cast, your crystals. also it happens on your turn anyways, so it wouldn't matter even if it did work the other way Power of the wild: YOUR minions, curious as to wether or not you can choose, but either way, your panther as well Wild growth: you cast your crystals Soul of the forest: YOUR minions Nourish: You cast, your crystals or your cards Starfall: Enemy minions, first option could be if you don't get to choose Recycle: ENEMY minions Starfire: can backfire BUT you still draw the card.
Still don't think this card is that good. Maybe the old gods are in with RNGesus and this ends up being broken, but I doubt it myself.
whiney brats are upset that "its just another echo of medivh". They definitely haven't played other TCG's to realize slightly modified cards get printed all the time, and even more certain is that they haven't put any thought at all to how differently this card is going to play for warrior compared to mage
By that logic, unstable portal is OP because it can get you a turn three emperor Blizzard has shown a willingness to make powerful cards if the power level is inconsistent, implosion being a great example of this
It's really not even that strong because of how situational it tends to be. Sure, sometimes each mode can be exceptional, but a lot of the time 2/3 options are mediocre to bad. To me this balances the card completely. It certainly isn't breaking the meta now. I think people get a misconstrued idea of AC's power level because of the human tendencies to remember the times where it was broken, not realizing that in most of those situations the other options weren't that great.

Oh man, are you guys ready for the Angry Chicken + Dinosize + Elven Archer meta?!?!

Looks like someone opened soggoth. Seems like a weak choice for the deck.
