For Standard, possibly. All it did for Wild was paw off Baku & Genn decks on us 'cause Team 5 was too damned lazy to come up with a good answer to those cards.
I never get this.
Genn and Baku were also part of wild the exact same time they were part of standard. They haven't just rotated to wild they've been there for over a year. The only oppressive deck they made was Even Shaman and that was fixed really with the Totem nerf so what is the problem?
I feel there was more variety at the end of the last expansion. So far all I'm facing is the same couple of decks over and over. I hope it settles down and some more, better mid range decks start to appear because at the moment it feels like bomb warrior, tempo rogue and token druid are the only decks I face.
Maybe people like a 2 drop rather than a 3 drop when that spot is already taken up by clockwork goblin & elekk etc. Why play another 3 drop when acolyte will more often than not only get you 1 card anyway.
You've given up but still playing the game? That's a strange way to "give up".
I never understand the point in these posts. I mean it's a game, so do what you like. Don't play it if you don't want to. There are literally millions of other things you could do instead from playing something else to taking up basket weaving and everything in between.
I got a golden Chef Nomi and Madame Lazul so I feel compelled to play decks with them in it.
I haven't yet though and having too much fun with bomb warrior and Murloc Shaman. They both seem strong but it's day one and anything could happen yet.
Man I am loving this era of Hearthstone. I know it will settle down and a meta will form but this has to be the most fun you can have in standard.
Fun powerful card but also game winning, I'd still place it third behind Rexxar and Gul'dan. Rexxar was better than all the DKs put together.
I'd go as far as saying the population of Hearthstone players is going to drop after the expansion as Rexxar was such a crutch to bad players that they are in for a shock when they have to think about what they're doing.
Gul'dan and Jaina were on par in my opinion. All the other DKs were pretty balanced really.

I played with warrior last night and I queued twice into another warrior. After two 25min+ games it's safe to say I'm done with warrior!
Two games in an hour? I can't be doing that every night!
What are tournaments going to look like? Warrior vs warrior I'd lose the will to live watching that.

I like this, it stopped my losing streak against the one millionth bomb warrior I've faced today.

I dunno. I've been playing mage and beaten plenty of warriors. They only have a couple of board clears so just keep the pressure up.

I haven't found Elekk to be useful at all in bomb warrior so far. 4 or 5 bombs is more than enough.

His effect is the power, 2/2 is nothing, but combined with other cards he is one of the most powerful cards of the expansion.
