Well, it is totally different card. Its is 1/1 drop (surprisingly) with card draw, which is abble to draw some incredible cards, including class legendary. Deadly Poison on the other hand is 6 dmg in optimal case, divided into 2 turns. In this deck, which focuses on removals and spells, not combo, I would say that Swashburglar is deffinitely better.

Mainly yes, but it is also really usefull against highlander priest since its mitigates his damage potential quite a lot.
