1. You can't replace Elise, she is absolutly crucial for certain matchups and certain gameplans. it's all in the guide so check it again if you missed it - mostly Warrior and Druid, but can be very relevant on Shaman and Paladin too. 2. You can decide to play a version without Elise, and then you shouldn't bother include Nomi and Zephrys too, most of the versions are like that and it's fine.
The higher you go the more serious the opponents are. Mech-Pally is not a difficult opponent, you go too wide for him and the big mech can only spend time overkilling small minions, until you overcome him with board-buffing, I related to them in the strategy section. You often stabilize and kill him before he even manages to create a big mech to begin with. This is overall not a too popular deck so teching-in silence is likely to hurt other matchups while not being required, if you meet paladin so consistently then yea just put silence in whatever deck you play, but I'm sure that's not the case.
Odd-warrior is difficult in the ladder, as it includes few core cards and lot of techs: and it is difficult to tech for the ladder as you don't have ban available, facing high variety of decks and you can't really mulligan properly.
it is much better in tournaments, as long as you tech it properly for your strategy and have a decent meta read. so it's fine not to take advantage of it on the ladder, the hunter works and worse-case there are other decks around too.
So since I don't find it very practical for the ladder right now (and I'm not likely to play much ladder soon also) - I won't be making a guide anytime soon. next guide will be next set, who knows what it will be about :)
No 'Replacment' - but for the time being you can play without it. just put something else, maybe Secret Plan, could be even Crushing Walls, and if you do well and want to further invest consider crafting.
You can't replace it, but if you miss it - just put other card. it's not that you rely on drawing it always to win. start playing without it, if you enjoy it - create when you get the dust.
ZOO MUST DIE mostly. Paladins, Tokendruid, Odd rogues (just don't be too greedy, it's sometimes tricky to recognize the situations) - against questrogue it can do amazing stuff actually if you'r into the 'AFK' strategy - no rush/sonya targets while just button'ing, it often works and that's what you do if hand is bad.
Generally even against other decks that are not agressive usually it sometimes deliever when they try to rush you down.
Secrets are meant to suck in some matchups, can't play around it, so accept it - it's fine.

In many matchups not having Elise is just fine, you could lack it in a few.
Swipes are ok, just not neccesary.

Yea... that's when you go for another deck, or more like another class.

gotta be playing it wrong. even shaman is a completely freewin. keep playing and you'll see that eventually, with some experience.

Just want to say thanks for the thumbs up!
I will provide mulligan guide in the upcoming days, I think you earned it.

doesn't have to be 'special' or fancy - have to be good and get high results.

Glad you like it! but I must mention that a lot of what you say about the strategy & gameplay is on low-level/incorrect, no offense intended.
So I highly recommend checking my own gameplay through twitch for those wanting to do well with the deck.
