     So, a neutral card that offers much more than any other card with the same cost can offer and is a must for every possible deck? I will try.

    How about those? Considering no one would really put this in a Hunter or Rogue, since they lack good Inspire cards... It seems like new possibilities are open for the rest. Paladin, Warlock, Mage, Druid and Warrior can have really good Hero Powers, but let's not forget that there are good neutral Inspire effects as well.

    NEXT: A minion that affects the opponent's Hero Power.
