Worked great, 2nd try, Made a few changes from the new expansion. Replaced Arcanite Reaper with Tentacles of Arms, great swap always have a weapon on hand. Without it I would of lost when we were both fatigued. I didn't have Brawl, Crush or Gorehound. I replaced those with Disciple of C'thun, who hits for 2 and buffs C'thun for +2. Which is very important so we can get C'thun to 10 so we can take adavantage of the other card I added. Ancient shieldbearer who grants +10 armor. And of course C'thun himself who comes out swinging for 10.
It wasn't until he drew his last card that he ran stopped playing cards, but as long as you can get past that initial onslaught of minions he throws down his synergy decreases greatly as the game progresses.
Try to only keep one monster on the board at any given time. Every time I put a second one out it would give him a chance to use a couple of my spells against me, including brawl. This just opens up slots in his hand for new cards. The less you can let that happen the better you are.
After about 30 mulligans and 2 attempts. I have decided to mark them down as I go so you too can feel my pain. Here is an account of my hell. x got it. He killed bot third turn. x,x got it pulled deathwing Dragonloard. Got him! 3rd try. Because that's how it works. I can't catch a break and as soon as I start making a record of it the universe is, "Oh shit, he's on to us! Run."
Had some problems with this deck until I replaced zombie chow with explosive sheep and pyromancer for twilight Geomancer. Then I got it first try. Granted I got perfect draws. best of luck.
