All that hate tho... I think it's a cool concept, just one that just CAN'T actually be implemented in the real game.

By the way, I have DESTROYED many C'thun decks (including one that had a 30/30 C'thun). The trick is to spread out the damage with high health minions, or even better, kill them BEFORE C'thun comes. Even if you aren't face deck, you can out-play C'thuns by just hitting their minions with a few spells, and hitting face. Also, the problem with C'thun decks, is that they play too many C'thun cards, and not enough other solid cards, as well as having the problem of if C'thun isn't drawn, they're screwed a ton. The best thing against a C'thun deck is board control, high health, face, and of course... THE ALL-POWERFUL TOTALLY PLAYED BEFORE NOW MANA WRAITH!!!! (Lightning strikes)

There are over 40 million registered accounts for Hearhstone.  Let's assume that about a third of them don't even play the game very often.  That's still roughly 25 million.  How do you stress test 25 million users?

Also this card wasn't overnerfed in the slightest. It is VERY playable with SR, just not broken, as well and being good just in any type of token druid. It's good because if you see a FoN, now you know - CRAP! better clear the board! - And if you die to double SR then, well then it doesn't feel broken, you just feel like you should've fit that consecration, or that holy nova, or maybe that blizzard into your deck. Either way, I love how they fixed broken cards, though I do disagree with Hunter's Mark. Whatever. Keep up the good work Blizzard!

Unusually generous of Blizzard, not to mention we get a free C'thun, seems good!

As someone who is really against a lot of content Blizzard releases, I wouldn't jump to conclusions when you haven't seen the entire set of cards from the new expansion.

Well, Healbot is gone, so once you get em down to their iceblock they can't heal back up unless they alex themselves which weakens their burst potential.

Also, mad sciientist is gone so they lose tempo by having to play Ice Barrier for 3 mana on curve (which might be huge against aggro or ramp decks)

Also, if they really become an overly dominant deck, Eater of Secrets will just do what he was designed to...which will lead to mages having to take a gamble, because they won't be able to just play Ice Block whenever they want to because they'll just allow on curve Eater to happen.

Their combo is still strong, but we got thee tools to deal with it now

@ergory The odds of Tirion into Gruul out of portal are 1/246,016.  To get a Pyroblast out of Conjurer is about 1/10.

So you just encountered a One in Two Million event. I guess you just weren't good enough at this game.  

doubt a pack or two will spawn that Dr. Boom until WoG.  I'm in the same situation of feeling like having him.  3 wins is a breakeven in terms of value but definitely more packs can be gotten if you decide to not go arena, i.e. some gold becomes dust from arena reward (150 gold becomes pack + gold + dust).

I'm doing something in between, taking my time to play an arena run and buying packs.

I own and ipad and I just bought it. I totally don't care for cosmestic differences in games and I haven't bought any of the other 3 paid portraits (I spent around 12 hours in WoW for the first time to get Lyiadrin, though), but I got it because I can, it's reasonably cheaper than the others, the money goes to charity, and it's exclusive and time-limited.

I'm sure Blizz releases to general public later on.  Kind of a "first dibs" promo with Apple for now, I would guess.  i could be wrong too
