Plays deck updated over a week ago at the start of a new meta when pirate rogue appeared as a T4 deck. Surprised when it's not doing well against an insane dh and freeze dominated meta. Even I'm not playing it rn. 

I get that it's hard to do the Jepetto mission if you're FTP, but what's more concerning to me is how god awful the rewards are for the event- that's what y'all should be mad about.  Like... a few standard packs, 2 Whizbang packs, and a crappy warlock portrait????  

The deck isn't promising you'll skyrocket to legend. I do have a positive WR with it.  There are plenty of bad matchups and it's not easy to pilot.  You can play something else.  Hoping today's nerfs will help make things less oppressive.

That's an interesting idea. I've honestly been disappointed with leeroy so it's definitely replaceable... I should try that out later bc tbh I have been getting slapped today

Yes! I actually was thinking about that today. Did you play the list with 1x Deafen instead of the Sap? I agree right now it would be great vs Messenger Buzzard and the Tigress. I should try that out this weekend and I might change the list soon! 

Wtg piloting this to legend in this meta I'd imagine it was a challenge. 

Hey KDK!!  Thank you I love this so much.  Glad to see you're still around making HS videos. I take breaks every now and again, but am generally enjoying this XP.  2nd game was so close! Hard decisions to make sometimes, got a bit unlucky.  

I think it's a trap. I haven't seen it work well yet.

Wow man that is high praise, perhaps too much so tbh because I got absolutely rolled in legend yesterday compared to my Day 1 success.  Yes it's true I got to Legend on Day 1, I'm a long time player who had a x11 bonus.  I wouldn't call the deck an aggro deck by any means, it's more of a control-ish deck.   If you're looking for bonkers winrate, you could always scam wins right now with Mech Rogue and Big Lock. 

But I'm glad you're having success, and yes I'm sure it is better in Wild with other cards.  

It's definitely overperforming rn. Any minion left alive snowballs into a giant windfury copied mess and it's a menace rn hopefully to be neutered soon. 

My data indicate otherwise with a 77% wr against mage. Haven't seen any that play an xl list either... 

I have seen 0 paladins on ladder, druid is not a super common match, but it is basically a loss as is mech rogue but I suspect a nerf will happen there. 

Mage has been really favored for me, not sure why you're saying that they draw themselves to death a lot of the time.

No it's not a new account I've been playing on this account for many years just mostly Rogue. I only got into DK this month bc I took a year off until last month. I've been legend and high legend many times since 2018. 

I did have a x11 multiplier though and that speeds up the climb significantly. 

I'll looking to get my golden dk so I have a lot of games to play still! 

It's not a full mull for Helya every time.  She's just a 100% keep.  I wouldn't keep Down with the Ship, but I would keep Staff/Runeforging/Kvaldir so we have something to do early. If they draw a plague or two it's not the end of the world/might actually help you stall. You'll put more in and keep them there once you do get Helya by natural draw or Finley or even Primus. 

People run Steamcleaner with ETC but by the time they get it down they might be dead to pressure already and you can just shuffle more plagues/bait the cleaner before adding more.
