Hm, not sure what's going on there. There's an issue with Reno decks in particular where they don't display properly but I'm not sure this is that bug. Can you try reducing the zoom of the overlay a little? Click the cog icon on the top right of it and press the big [-] button once or twice.
Click your username in the top right of a Hearthpwn page, then "My Collection". Click "Edit Collection". Tick "Collection Calculations" then "Save Collection". If that's already enabled then something else is going on :(
Can you see the Innkeeper icon (orange head) in your system tray? The thing with the clock on the task bar, it might be hidden and you'll need to click the "^" icon. If it's there you should be able to click it to have the window pop back up, or right-click and "Exit". Hopefully.
This is a known issue, it was proving difficult to reliably reset filters :\ I'll take a look at it again and see if I can come up with a more reliable method.
Hi there. We haven't been able to reproduce this bug which makes it pretty difficult to fix :( Can you take some screenshots or something of the problem you're having?
The UI is never managing to connect to the app (which does a lot of the hard work, they talk back and forth). I have no idea how to debug that if there's nothing in ui.log :( Are you running some sort of internet security software? We've had huge problems with ZoneAlarm in particular.
Can you try downloading the installer again (0.3.0 now) and installing that over the top? If that doesn't help, post your innkeeper.log (and ui.log if it exists) from %LocalAppData%\Innkeeper\Logs.
We have an occasional issue where the Start Menu icon isn't created, haven't been able to work out why :( You can make a new shortcut to the %LocalAppData%\Innkeeper\Update.exe, but you then have to edit it to look something like: "C:\Users\Freddie\AppData\Local\Innkeeper\Update.exe --processStart Innkeeper.exe".
Installing to AppData is a side-effect of using Squirrel for updates - you'll find that a number of Windows apps end up there now, including Discord, Github, and Slack.

Hi, the weird import errors are related to the tri-class cards. I've fixed it locally and hope to have a live patch released today for it.

That's really weird considering we ask the client for the card names :| I'll add a workaround for this in 0.3.1

It's on the list in the "Future Feature Funhouse" thread, I'll check and see what we're blocked on with that.

Huh, it totally is. Fixed for 0.3.1

Your collection shows up with cards now, it was either cached or Innkeeper/Hearthstone were having a disagreement.

I'm not sure why we require complete decks, I'll get that changed for 0.3.1.

I've added a bit of a hacky fix to 0.3.0 which works for me but doesn't always work for Molster, try that :\
