When I mulligan cards off the initial draw, the original cards are the only cards showing up in the overlay. Upon drawing cards, they do not show up as drawn in the layover either. Also, I don't know if this is a feature or not, but since I have so many cards in the deck, not all can show up on the screen at once.

StaffHm, not sure what's going on there. There's an issue with Reno decks in particular where they don't display properly but I'm not sure this is that bug. Can you try reducing the zoom of the overlay a little? Click the cog icon on the top right of it and press the big [-] button once or twice.
