I like the app so far but it is pain in the ass install it each time you want to run it. It wold be a god idea to make it install able. Or if you going launcher only mode at least make it faster usually launcher only programs just run right away.
I have the same problem. Every time I have to install it because I jus't can't find it anywhere in my computer. It automatically created a folder named "innkeeper" but it's always empty and if I search "innkeeper" in programs, all it finds is the installer.
I have never had to install it to use it. It's location is <User>/AppData/Local/Innkeeper/ (or InnkeeperAlpha)
It seems to keep the previous version when updated, there are folders for the last two versions in that folder. Therein you will find the executable so you can make a shortcut for your convenience.
Interesting. Well, Innkeeper installs for me. However it installs in the user's appdata >> local folder, rather than in C:\program files(x86) as i would expect from most software. It does show up in the installed apps of windows
We have an occasional issue where the Start Menu icon isn't created, haven't been able to work out why :( You can make a new shortcut to the %LocalAppData%\Innkeeper\Update.exe, but you then have to edit it to look something like: "C:\Users\Freddie\AppData\Local\Innkeeper\Update.exe --processStart Innkeeper.exe".
Installing to AppData is a side-effect of using Squirrel for updates - you'll find that a number of Windows apps end up there now, including Discord, Github, and Slack.

Innkeeper developer - yup, it's probably my fault.

You shouldnt be using the installer to run it each time.
