I was tinkering with the deck in wild first, so i didnt think to adjust it much. Over the past few games ive found that to be the case aswell, so i edited the deck to feature four more beasts.

This card is not bad at all, nice armor synergy, good stats, and deathrattle. Interesting, maybe a N'Zoth Warrior could use this.

I used to play a lot of MtG, and I have to say ... I lost at least as many games to being mana-screwed as I've ever lost due to random effects in Hearthstone. Talk about your "bad RNG"!

But no one ever really does talk about this because A) it's boring, and B) they can't exactly see what would have happened on a better draw. So they  shrug and say, "Well, that's just part of the game!"

But it's a part of the game that happens all the time, and to me it's a million times more frustrating than any random effect in Hearthstone.

(This is all compounded by the fact that a lot of Hearthstone players like to blame RNG when they won't admit or don't even realize that their losses had a lot more to do with their own incompetent plays leading up to the random event.)

I agree with most of what you say, but some cards have effects that are extremely high in variance. Hearthstone does get boring after awhile, and that's why I don't play it for more than 2 hours a day. In the little that I do play however, i find myself losing to things i could've never played around even if I had tried. I play arena most of the time, but constructed just seems as if it's too much of a grind. I'm relatively good at arena so, I know my skill level has nothing to do with my losses.
What do you think about this? Do you feel cards that have extremely high ranges of power should be printed?

A game is made for fun, and if it isn't fun, that's a problem.

We need more card adjustments and more adventures.

Some more tools to counter spell heavy decks, and again, less shitty epics, rares, and no vanilla commons.

posted a message on Hearthstone 2.0 (Idea)

I enjoy these ideas, but blizzard would never do this because they love consuming their loyal customers and forcing them to pay for a bearable experience. These ideas would make the game a near-paradise, but too bad it wont receive support from those that hold fast to their expensive card collections. I would also love to see a revamp for adventures and other story-like content.

P.S: don't let anyone tell you you're ideas are shit, because in their present state they're much better than what blizzard has ever though of.

    Quote from guyman34152 >>

I like the idea for leveling up after 60 is great. I like the idea and having rewards after that. I think you should get a classic pack for every level you achieve after that because it is very difficult to level up at that point. It takes a lot of time, and that amount of time in the game should be rewarded. I would like to see more variety in daily quests, but getting rid of all of the 40 gold quests doesn't make sense to me.

For me 40 gold quests are 2/5ths of a pack or 4/15ths of an arena ticket. Thats only how i see it, but gold is gold after all. My opinion is that it takes up room for more challenging, and rewarding quests.

I stick with 40g if it's easy, cuz no time for the 60g quest

but hey!, the 40/60 g quests are not the actualy problem!

look at the new lame quests >_> they force you to create and play somedeck that you don't even like

Yes, definitely the new quests are so restricting and less rewarding. Do you see those as fun? I'm saying "why not spice it up?" I have no problem with 60 gold quests, only the quests that are less varied, like play cards for gold. Making more variety would allow me to reroll into something better and possibly more interesting (as far as rewards go).

Complete 60g quests in classes you don't like in wild or casual, easy gold, easy life.

Thats an easy way to do it for sure but my post has more to do with the variety of quests and the nature of the game after lvl 60. The title is only addressed in the first two points then I ask what you think about some of these changes.

There are exceptions to every rule, I understand that, but I and many others have ideas about how to make the system better for all people. It's very good that you do that, it shows that you really like the game. You of all people would know how it feels to have nothing to do in a game where quests are limited, and ranked can be stagnant for you. If you read the last part of my proposal, you would see i also talk about something other than quests. I feel that you and i alike want to play more and have even more fun than we are already having. So, why not make a change for the better?

You would reroll a 60 if it were for a class you dont play or one thats just very annoying. Being selective is fine, but would you like to see more variety in quests instead of having to dodge a 40 gold one everytime it shows it's face?

posted a message on Idea: Lets get rid of 40 gold quests.

This is only an idea but i believe that if you took all 40 gold quests out of the game and replaced them with more creative, fun, and rewarding quests Hearthstone would improve as game.

First Proposal: Have quests that award cards of fluctuating rarities. Ex: You would have instead of the quest "win 3 games with any class,"you would have the same quest except the reward would be different. The new change would be adding the reward, "a random rare-epic card."

Second Proposal: Daily challenges that award featured cards or golden cards of lower rarity, would be a great addition. These daily challenges wouldn't be incredibly hard to complete, and would increase daily login rates. An example of a daily challenge could be win 5 games in ranked mode or play 50 minions (something not too hard but requiring a fair bit of time).

Last Proposal: This last proposal will be a new way to change up the system. The current system has you cap at lvl 60, but in this new one you would be able to lvl up past that and earn the right to have more challenging and rewarding quests for the specific class you're high ranked in. For example Win 3 mage games would be changed to win 5 or level up as a mage once. This system would erase the lvl cap and also renew the prestige of being a master in a certain class. Another interesting idea lies in level up rewards. Level up rewards can be very underwhelming most of the time so why not make it so that every five levels you get three random packs or something rewarding after lvl 60 that is. Leveling up past 60 is much harder so a bit of a reward would be very appreciated. Milestone achievements go along the same lines as quests but are more overarching tasks that reward you just by playing the game.

With considering all the times you've re-rolled a 60 coin quest into a 40 coin quest wouldn't you want a system that has none of that nonsense, and instead a more comprehensive, rewarding experience?

Why are people raging about this discussion? The Meta has only just begun, and deck diversity is still at an all-time high. I think people are more frustrated with the title being "I though this meta was more diverse?" I feel when people see titles such as this one, it triggers people because of the "biased" wording (AKA salty sarcasm). All you have to do is calm down and wait a month (or until the meta stabilizes) until these types of discussions have a considerable amount of weight.
