The concerns related to frequent balance changes seem like strawman arguments:
1) Nobody is asking for unannounced balance changes. In fact, no game does unannounced balance changes. So there is no fear of "craft today gone tomorrow". There is no danger of trusting the game if you publish a schedule and stick to it.
2) Nobody is asking for weekly changes. But one revision per set (4 months) is kind of ridiculous. To compare, Shadowverse has a major client release about once a month and includes balance changes there; that seems reasonable so every season feels different from the season before.

Been playing Kibler's Quest Priest, it's pretty good and a lot of fun if you like long interactive games. Be aware though that the mirror almost always goes to a forced draw (if you take too many turns the game ends in a draw). Otherwise I've been having success with it, losing mostly to Aggro Mage and losing to my own deck not feeding me deathrattle cards.

The change to Rogue quest might actually turn out to be a buff. It makes Sonya Shadowdancer way better against Sleepy Dragon, Primordial Drake, Carnivorous Cube, Rotten Applebaum, etc.

Welcome to every deck in the meta right now.

In this post: "At the beginning of the meta aggro decks are the best".
Also in this post: "At the beginning of the last meta, the best deck was a midrange/control deck".

Shudderwock is fine, it just suffers from the same problem as all the similar effects before it (Nozdormu, C'Thun, Yogg, etc) in that the animation could be done better. A solution could just be to add an option to disable animations in the client so you don't have to sit through it and can just skip right to the end; if one player has animations enabled and the other doesn't, veto power goes to nonactive player. Another option I heard about would be to just animate the battlecries that actually do something rather than a million Murmuring Elementals and Flame Kin Harbingers that are all redundant.
As far as the deck power level goes though, the deck is fine, not even one of the top 3 decks. Paladin needs a serious nerf; requiring a full board sweeper every turn of the game starting on turn 2-3 is not reasonable especially for classes that don't even have access to those effects, specifically Druid and Hunter.
