Unless there is a Hero or major help for Priest they can stick it where the sun don't shine.

Thezzy posted a message on This Week's Brawl is Henchmania! Rise of Shadows Pack Quest, Unique Hero Powers & PassivesPosted in: NewsGood fun Brawl as far as mechanics go, good job Blizzard!
I went for Paladin with the 'Coin per minion' ability. Really strong with Drygulch Jailor.
My only gripe is the NPC messages you constantly get that interrupt the start of your turn. Wish I could just click those away and play my games. -

Dunscot posted a message on Peter Whalen & Dean Ayala Showcase Old Witchwood Card Designs - Dev InterviewPosted in: News"It's dangerous when a class has powerful Even and Odd deck archetypes since they don't have a lot of options to give them amazing cards. If they only had a strong even archetype, they could make better odd-cost cards."
This is kinda silly, isn't it? There can only be Odd or Even cards. They introduced Genn and Baku knowing well enough that every single future card would potentially support one or the other. Keep avoiding good Even cards long enough, and new Odd decks will pop up. Maybe don't make a powerful Totem-synergy card with an Even cost anytime soon, but otherwise, I think they should not worry too much about that, or else it will backfire.
Besides, it is relatively easy to design around it. Murlocs, for example, have important Even and Odd cards, so to make a good Murloc deck, you can't make use of Genn or Baku. Just make sure you don't create themes where all the key cards mysteriously have the same property, and the mechanic won't matter too much anymore.
My guess is that in the future, Genn and Baku will have a similar fate as Reno Jackson anyway: Other win conditions will become so insanely strong or counters so brutally effective, that the benefits no longer justify the limitations. They simply become outdated. Maybe Genn and Baku have a bit more potential, since you have the benefit right from the start of the game, but I'm sure that sooner or later, the better hero power won't be enough to make up for deck limitations anymore.
Sidenote: I'm a bit shocked how many cool, interesting ideas they had in mind for Toki, and how lame the final design is. Wish they would be more adventurous and go with those crazy, unconventional designs. I mean "un-nerf your hand" of course is a bit ambiguous, when cards have seen multiple changes, and some were before the official release, but the idea of decreasing mana crystals, maybe as a start of game effect, sounds cool. Perhaps it would make for some very unfair decks, but it's certainly more interesting than "another kind of random".

Twitchy posted a message on Peter Whalen & Dean Ayala Showcase Old Witchwood Card Designs - Dev InterviewPosted in: News- They like two legendaries per class in sets because it allows them to take classes in two different directions.
Oh come fucking on... We all know it's because legendary cards bring in more money and I'm personally fine with that. Just stop trying to convince us otherwise.

Krafulu posted a message on Hearthstone Tavern Talk: Bringing Back Heroes, Balance Frequency, Community Card ArtPosted in: Newswhat if the new expansion is a like a classic set or some kind of part 2 to the classic expansion set? because the teaser with the 12 of July is kinda minimalistic with the fruit and the hand? just thinking <3 :D
I hope they completely rotate the classic and basic set.

Lyra_Silvertongue posted a message on Hearthstone Tavern Talk: Bringing Back Heroes, Balance Frequency, Community Card ArtPosted in: NewsQuote from AntonydusWurm >>there are disadvantages NOT changing cards often enough
is the real answer
(you have a massive advantage being a digital card game where you can change literally everything at any time..
yet not using that fact is just (insert insult here))
Disadvantages of changing cards too often.
- Players care about the identity of cards less
- Players are less likely to know what to expect out of the cards they own due to a frequent 'anything goes' in terms of altering otherwise familiar cards
- There is no point in creating any form of counter strategy when card designers are working on future expansions because everything that is complained about can just frequently get nerfed. In turn this nerfs players' ability to beat a deck or card on their own terms with their own strategies. The game becomes even more straightforward and thoughtless.
- Players care less about cards from future expansions because you're left to guess as to whether or not the cards you look forward to trying will just get nerfed a month or less into the expansion anyway.
- The overall playerbase is more likely to have their play experience dictated by a vocal minority of players who demand nerfs, even if the card or deck is not problematic enough to dominate as a high tier 1 or a tier 0 deck. This vocal minority would mostly stem from the reddit and youtube minorities.
- F2P players and low end paying customers are much less likely to go all in when crafting any particular deck for potential concern that the decks they invest in will get nerfed and leave them with only refunds for the specific core cards in the deck(s) that are nerfed, while being short that much dust for any other support cards they crafted to create the now dead or weak deck. This would result in fewer players being able to rebound after nerfs in order to invest dust in different decks from that same expansion.
- Players are less likely to purchase preorders for expansions that may end up nerfing comparatively large amounts of its cards before the next expansion releases.
- The arena play experience becomes more unpredictable due to the strengths and weaknesses of drafting a particular class becoming hazy due to frequent card change fluctuations.
- Many cards from new expansions will also get nerfed in wild due to off-the-cuff complaints in standard, leaving the cards potentially uninspired after finally rotating to wild-only cards.
Advantages of frequent card changes.
- Higher end paying customers and whales get a relatively different play experience due to nerfing multiple cards each month.
- Players are less likely to face playing against the same deck for months in between expansions (Although, this does not prevent the same class or deck for being on top equal to the length of what the new duration would be in between nerf windows).
- HS would have an increase in 'discovering the meta' moments, depending on how extensive the more frequent card changes would be.
Yep, changing cards frequently is clearly the only and best answer, kappa.

one week balance change is called being ridiculous, nobody asked for that,
However you should at least do monthly balance changes, at the very least end of the month kill the broken card called and look at player deck usage and etc.
1. past hero = not interested
3. blizzard art ( from or not fans not interested. )

Best event ever and H.S is ending it making it back to the crap it was before......

usual blizzard hearthstone bullcrap.
Simple try to make an expansion with no RNG and then players will be more happy.
Netual being weak or strong is just lazy talk this is why I play
(I still play to complete quest and mess around. )
https://shadowverse.com/
Players stop the RNG, Hearthstone : NO WE NEED MORE RNG~!!

This brawl is the worst and is it just me or hearthstone just really lazy
plus each expansion is getting more and more boring, good thing i never supported this game since the day i join and never consider even to buy anything once, the only i like to do here that i admit , is to do the daily quest.
There so many things wrong with hearthstone and so many i wanna say but i'll stick to the topic

This isn't bad at all. at least no random decks,
-6
It's what you expect from Americans though, lazy lazy lazy , i bet they choose this brawl cause it's easy to copy and paste
I'm tried of this and this is just my thought from the very beg. to the very end.
They could easily made a brawl with each class starting as death knight and adding the same hero card in the deck for say mage would be too strong with her battle cry at start or something. THIS ISN'T FREAKING FUN, STOP MAKING IT COME BACK, STOP TALKING TO IMAGINARY CUSTOMERS, WE'RE RIGHT HERE.
