It doesn't really solve anything, you play knife juggler for the effect, not the attack.You lost muster but gained that spell which summons 5 recruits and who know maybe you get another spell that summons minions and maybe you get more spells next expansion. The whole point of these nerfs is to make cards from basic deck a balanced template for all the expansions to come. -

Every deck playing Knife Juggler will continue to do so after the nerf. About the only thing the reduced attack nerf accomplishes is now it cannot trade with 2/3 minions without first landing a lucky juggle. It will however trade admirably against the wide variety of 3/2 minions being played and it's core function the card was naturally played for remains intact.
If reducing attack was their preferred method of nerfing Knife Juggler here, I feel a 1/2 would have been more appropriate. Keeping it's functionality but can no longer trade into the many 2 health minions being played without first landing a juggle. We all know that 2 mana 1/2 minions are definitely weak unless they provide a powerful effect. See Museum Curator. Knife Juggler's effect is absolutely powerful enough to warrant play as a 1/2.
Personally though, I think it's stats and effect were fine, just increase the cost to 3 and it would have been sufficiently nerfed. As it stands, it's almost like they did nothing.

As you can probably tell, this card is very powerful; maybe not as quite as good as Savannah Highmane but the fact that you get the minion immediately makes it ALMOST on par with it.

This will be very good in Arena against Paladin you can change there board of Silver Hand Recruits into Wisps.

This card is actually ''Meta Defining'' it will be the engine for Jade Druid....Druid already has and normally runs a large amount of card draw...This could even see the return of more people adding Yogg-Saron, Hope's End

Guaranteed Unearthed Raptor hit...Stealth is always relevant, it's better then no Stealth at all.

Is it just me or was this a potentially easy and obvious marketing strategy to have people vote for what gang they want to join and one with most votes is what we dive into first, then once that happens we battle between card reveals like they did in TGT? Maybe i should be new head of PR, gimme your vote i will make Hearthstone great again.

Yeah it's not looking good and it was a failing on Blizzard's end, they did absolutely nothing to remind people to vote and stir the pot. When Grand Tournament was coming out there was a constant stream of reminders to vote and was better executed picking between 3 cards. This time it's like a abandoned back alley...Shame on Blizzard PR.
