This card is stupid good in Arena since class cards are generally stronger plus you get the ramp. It's a full hand unstable portal. 

People saying this card is bad must be rank 20. It's pretty damn good 2 drop and in Arena it's insane will help keep Rogue as a top pick. Let's hope the weaker classes get same or more love.

Reno Shaman grows in power. Card has nice combos as well. You drop it with a Lightning Storm and heal for half your pool. Very good control card.

So if you lightning storm a zoo board with 5 minions and it deals 12 damage combined you heal for 12 health? Not to shabby.

Sludge Belcher 2.0    This expansion is turning to shit really fast. My only question is why the hell would they introduce a Standard format and then replace the cards that are going away with basically the same counterparts to replace them??? It makes zero fucking sense and it's gonna end up being the same as before taking obvious replacements since there basically the same card.

It's just a horrible design and decision making replacing cards for Standard that are going to Wild format. Am not impressed.

This is a massive tempo loss in almost any situation especially if you heal for 20 it's a bad thing to do and the only thing you accomplish is delaying death for another round. It's much more practical and less bad if it's used for 4-5 mana to heal for 8-10 health coupled with a minion drop.

It has more cons then pros when compared to Unstable Portal. The only benefit is what you just mentioned that you get to select what the minion costs. But it still stands as a worse/shittier Unstable Portal. It's a average card that will produce average to below average results in most stages of the game.

 Yes, it's worse than the most unbalanced card ever made. I don't see how that's a problem.
