Thing is that this type of problem lays out in the development process in any big company and not just Blizzard. You have strict deadlines for the list of features that need to be done and tested. Usualy, it works fine, but sometimes deadlines are too close and you as a developer came up with not perfect implementation that worked for now and passes QA. Then you could come up with much better idea for this piece, but you have new features to be done. If leading persons won't allow to take some time for code refactoring, developers will stuck in the spaghetti code they've written.
And leadership cannot allow just rewriting already imemented features for months while devs should bring new features in the game every 4 months.
As you may know, dungeon runs are more time consuming then any of the adventures before, and they are free. Speaking for adventures: people that bought them were not big enough crowd that played at one moment in this mode. Usually you're just took your cards and then play some constructed. But with dungeon runs it's another story.
Many players could play in the dungeon runs at one moment (and I mean playing and not just sitting in the menu), cause of three things:
- That's new content that's free. It could be played by players that never bought any of the adventures.
- The run is longer then one boss. So more people could be in the actual game at the same time.
- That's can be more interesting for casual players that don't have big enough collection and they just playing with cards that they never will collect for constructed.
All this things are making too hard to servers of the known "Small Indie Company" to manage this payload.
(if somebody want to ask why did single player content challenge servers so hard, that's cause of all of the AI work are taking to the server-side)
P.S. Hearthstone has dumb AI, but it's still AI x)
Does that moron said that and forgot about 'something special in 2013' offering? Nope, he said about crafting non-golden version, while you're reading through words.
This card aimed onto filling your board with hungry 3/2 beasts. Could be comboed with Tundra Rhino as powerfull finisher, but only when opponent has full board of damaged minions. While hunter has no powerfull ways of healling, it will be risky to you.
I'm sure that's will be too hard. With Aya you'll have jades from 5/5 to 9/9 after Twisting Nether of the prince. If you will replace her with one Jade Spirit, there will be jades from 4/4 to 8/8, so you'll end up with weaker minions. But you need just 7/7 and 8/8 to trade with two 6/6 demons, while spawning another one stronger golem, so you have chances.
You could also try to add another Auctioneer to shuffle and spawn your Golems before second part of this match to make another Auctioneer+Jade Idol wombo more proffitable.
Thought about the same concept and possible strategy to always shuffle quest back into the deck to combo it later with N'Zoth. Is it ever will be a good idea? :D
If you have The Curator, it could be possible replacement for one Antique Healbot. I've played similar deck and have huge problems with drawing of the mill combo. Curator will get you Coldlight and Drake on 7-mana turn, which is good, cause you could start milling your opponent and you get minion for the next turn.

Software development is clownfiesta, indeed.

Does he say something about legendary? Check.
Is this legendary promo like E.T.C.? Check.
Does he say it could be crafted? Check.

You cannot craft cards from adventures, while it isn't in wild. 🤔

So, where is N'Zoth? :)

It's great for any aggro deck. Thinning your deck and getting free creature.

Looks tasty.

Maybe mechs form GVG, not TGT?
