What on Earth are you talking about.

HSReplay posted their player stats not too long ago, and there are substantially more Standard players than Wild players, I think around 5x as many or so. Either way though, Standard also dominates every other gamemode (even including BGs) and nobody would suggest they shouldn't be balanced. It's a daft selfish perspective regardless of how many people play Wild. 

It's not an "exploit" when it's literally what the system is designed for... 
The entire point is to not screw over people who opened packs first and got those legendaries. That's all you're doing.

It rewards more gold than the old reward system did, as well as providing other benefits along the way. How does it suck?

 You're demonstrably, proven wrong, why are you arguing? The new Ysera absolutely is part of the new set, we know this 100%.
