Lmao you people. No, you're not going to be able to DE all the classic and basic cards. If they were given to you for free by blizzard, they won't be free dust.

xskarma posted a message on Is there an ideal disenchant strategy given the coming changes to the game?Posted in: General DiscussionLike supposedly everyone is getting a full classic set for free. Does this mean those of us who already have a full set can just DE it all and have our collection replenished by the change? If not then does it mean a guy who starts playing a day before the change won't get a full collection for free but a guy who starts the day after will. Would suck to be the former guy then :P
Also the cards we will get with Core set, are they ours to keep? If so I could DE my copies of the only (so far) known Core card, Shadowform, and get it back for free. Or maybe they will disappear at the end of the year leaving us with only the cards we had to begin with.
It is rather confusing, but potentially that is a lot of dust. Though I am probably misunderstanding it :D
PS. Ideally provide sources along with your claims so I can verify them.
I think basically everything you said and assumed is wrong.
There will be a dual process:
1) the current Basic and Classic set will be renamed "Legacy" and will be moved to Wild. You will not get any dust for this move, as it is part of the usual and expected move of sets to Wild, which never give dust either.
2) there will be an introduction of a "Core" set. This set will be free. This set will not be able to be disenchanted. This set will contain copies of cards from the Basic and Classic set, as well as cards from Wild, as well as totally new cards.
This Core set will last for the whole year, and then next year, when rotation of sets to Wild happens again, the Core set will be replaced by a new Core set of free and temporary cards.
IF you choose to disenchant the Legacy card set, you will gain some dust, but lose those cards in every game mode, EXCEPT the free, temporary copies that are part of the Core set. When that Core set changes however, you may, or may not have access to those cards again. That totally depends on what cards will be part of the replacement Core set.
I hope this solves some of your very damaging understandings and questions. -

Baldassar posted a message on Is there a reason to put any card that cost more than 4 in todays meta?Posted in: Standard FormatThere's already a salt thread for the two of you.
Everytime the meta is aggro-oriented we get a dozen articles like this, until a balance patch happens and you look for new things to blame for your inability to climb. Git Gud.

rogerdodger posted a message on New Clever Use of Mechanics discovered last weekPosted in: BattlegroundsOP is trying to refer to configuring the firewall rule in windows to trigger a disconnect so you can pull this off easier, Dog does this in all of his videos, he disconnects the turn before he “goes off” he can get turn times over 2 minutes. Kripp is complaining about this exploit.

As far as I know erverything with Khadgar/Brann is working a intended.
Battlegrounds has a lot of bug but what you mention isn’t one of them.
also you claim „there’s a guy with +10 golden every game“ do you have proof for that? If not shut up. Don’t make claims you can’t proof on the internet. Weak
Edit: this mechanic was know even before Elementals hit the Battlegrounds.

RendInFriend posted a message on ice Block in battleground (Reno Jackson) how?Posted in: General DiscussionThis is a known hack. When playing as heroes other than azmarak, cheaters have figured a way to access the games’ source code and run it with no modifications then cheat out ice block after turn 9. Small indie company indeed...

Lorcen, I like your idea. I would actually love If we could bank time for ourselves. Sometimes with otk decks I don't have enough time to think of a creative lethal.

Sometimes (real) people do randomly weird things.
You have no way of knowing if someone is botting.

Nitroboost Poison seems to be popular.

As long as BG is free to enter, there will always be players re-rolling their hero selection by insta-conceding, and others farming XP by going afk.
It's better than having to pay for it, so don't jinx it!

There will be a mix of original Darkmoon and mini-Darkmoon cards in the card packs. The ratio of the mix will depend on how far into the original Darkmoon collection you are. Duplicate protection will mean that you probably won't get any original commons or rares at first. For a whale that has collected the entire original Darkmoon set, the packs would be 100% mini-Darkmoon, until you've got all the mini-DMF commons etc.

Not sure if you read the OP, but they already tried the “missing” filter. The problem is that also brings up everything that they’ve disenchanted.

By the way, you don't actually get a golden coin. It's just a different non-golden coin. To get a golden coin you need your whole deck to be golden, AFAIK.
I've just hit level 50, with the Battlepass.

I just got a golden Amalgam (NOT Amalgadon) as Rafaam, by stealing it from The Curator three times. :)

They already announced they’re going to make it count both in a future update.

Just an FYI in case anyone's wondering: if they ban one of the Shattered parts, you won't be able to summon C'Thun, the Shattered. So you're all in on Deck of Lunacy here.
It's still a fun one, and this deck won for me. :)

Reacting to bad manners by being bad mannered just doubles the amount of bad manners in the world.
Grow up.
Also, Squelch early and often.
