anonymusplayer posted a message on Whispers of the Old GodsPosted in: GuidesThere are three other god cards, I suppose we will get more diversity. Plus only one class card for each class interacts with c'thun ( I hope). We usually get 9 class cards in each expansion.

En_Joshi_Godrez posted a message on Giant Sand WormPosted in: Giant Sand WormStill with BGH most likely being nerfed out of existence it will be interesting to see if this minion or your hero can last to the next turn as right now putting 8 manna down that does nothing the turn it is played is suicide but if it lives then you could put Bestial Wrath or Stablemaster and have one of the most broken combo's in the game. In any case I am happy to see this new initiative they are pushing forward for the hunter class.

Technically there's already neutral spells, it's just that they're all obtained through minions
2
Well if it's a c'thun deck it would have to contain at least 16 different cards due to c'thun being a legendary
3
Also mages already have a 10 mana 10 damage spell, which requires less planning and isn't considered broken
2
None of c'thun's servants will be in arena
3
But every class could run c'thun and if it's competitive it probably won't be rare to encounter one. Even though it's only one archetype it could make up a large portion of the meta (potentially)
4
Divine shield taunts are gonna majorly shut this down

Shame that quartermaster isn't gonna be in standard, the only buff for recruits left I can think of is the war horse trainer
