Self damage Warrior love but its again not good enough.
Screw warrior. This is for priest. 2/4 for 2 mana is the dream statline for a priest card. It's so good it had to be conditional with Wyrmrest Agent. It also damages your stuff so you can be healing and working toward your quest as well. Even if your not playing the quest its a very strong anti-aggro body.
Expansions often are really lame once they first come out because of how blizzard designs them. The most powerful cards are released at the end of the year because they have the least amount of time in the standard rotation. This also leads to hyper powerful decks at the end of cycles. So come April next year a lot of the boomsday cards will be more than playable.
No, Leeroy is worth crafting if you plan on playing any odd-decks for the next two years. It's basically going to be the finisher for aggro style odd decks.
Yes there is a replacement for quick shot. It's called Arcane Shot. Since the standard format was started blizzard has been very careful with pushing out 1 and 2 drops with 3 health. The main reason for this is to make Arcane Shot and Smite more playable options.
Most of the time quick shot is used to contend the early board or provide reach in the late game. I've got hundreds of wins with mid-range hunter and I can count on two hands the number of times I've used it to draw a card. Come April quick shot won't even be in the meta anymore so go ahead and get used to not having it.
Yes, quick shot is a million times better because it answers 1/3s and 2/3s. But most of the 1/3s and 2/3s that see a lot play in the meta are rotating (Tunnle Trog) or the decks are losing so many peices they may not be run (Mana Wyrm/Northsire).
Yeah well trueheart rotates out next year, as doe Emperor. So this is what freezemage may look like post rotation. At least we get to keep the archetype around for a bit longer.
No, there isn't a replacement. Which is why dragon and beast decks will be dead in 2017. The loss of Twilight Guardian and Blackwing Corrupter are going to be to significant.
It would not be advisable. You should be looking to entomb cards like Cairne, Sylvannas, Tirion, and C'thun if your playing aginst control decks. If your playing against aggro decks Cairne is just going to lose you the game if you play it on curve. Honestly I'm trying to figure out how to fit more AoE into the deck. Darkshire buys you some time by mitigating damage already done, and it synergies with auchenai to hit mid-range minions like Thurassin, Highmane, Thing From Below, and Councilman. So basically no, you don't want to cut it.
Because what would you pull for it first of all, and secondly your lucky if you make it to turn six with half your life total. Cairne isn't going to save you from Aggro Shaman, Dragon Warrior, or Zoolock.
Honestly I don't know how he did it. Yeah if you survive until turn 4 and happen to resurrect a Blademaster your doing ok. But in this meta you need a board clear on turn 4 if you have the coin.
Mistcaller is understated and overcosted. Plus you lose the bonus you'd get once you evolve a minion. And onynixia has a bad habit of having her welps turn into Doom Sayers. which wipes out your board your next turn.
Jeweled Scarab is strong in this deck because most of shaman's quality cards cost 3 mana. Hex, Lightning Storm, Tuskarr Totemic, Lava Burst, Feral Spirits, ect... They also evolve into 3 drops themselves. Totally worth being in the deck since they add so much flexibility.
Solemn Vigil is really good in the deck when you need the draw. You can often draw 2 cards for 0 mana. The problem is in control matchups you will almost always go to fatigue and at that point all those drawn cards hurt you, or you don't want to draw more cards and its a dead card in your hand. A lot of people say azure drake is better, but I found Acolyte of pain works well with the humility and aldor peacekeeper.
Justicar honestly is just there for control mirrors that go to fatigue or comboing with shield slam. I don't have the card and I just used a swamp ooze to deal with all the weapons in the meta.

Yeah, I just got sick and tired of pirate warrior and jade decks. It holds its own okay, I don't think it'll ladder crazy good though.

Justicar is really only good in Paladin, Priest, and Warrior. There would be zero reason to include it in druid.
