Paladin isn't in a really good spot right now, so I wouldn't invest too much of your dust on it (seems you are low on it). If you play wild there are some budget Midrange and Secret variants I'm sure.
paladin is in mediocre standing rn, I think you're best holding it until paladin picks itself up or it rotates (unless you're running in wild, in which case never dust anything from neutral or a class you enjoy)

If you're just looking to play a cheap deck in casual with Shirvallah then this is the deck for you. Prismatic Lens, Kangor and Thalnos certainly improve the win rate but you can replace them with other cards that give you card draw. The other cards are commons or rares.
If you want to take this to ladder, it's possible to rank up but the deck can be tricky to play. You'll need a good bit of practice to reach a decent win rate.
