I don't think they will cause it doesn't make a lot of sense anyways. What would be the reasoning behind buffing the new C'thun? This new guy is so slow that if you play C'thun and don't win immediatly then you're probably in hella trouble anyways, and yes making him bigger makes him a bigger threat technically but he still dies to most of the same stuff and his attack is irrelevant for his battlecry. The only card I could see being useful would maybe be Doomcaller and exclusively just to get another C'thun into your deck. Twin Emperor Vek'lor could also be useful but I don't think you would run all the C'thun support for this guy. At that point just run the old C'Thun and cut all the playing 4 spells and using 30 mana to get that sort of finisher.
